Extended family in from out of town to celebrate a wedding. Those that didnât go to Rehearsal Dinner came to Vinnieâs. We started with two pies (one regular cheese/one gluten free). We loved both. Huge, Huge, Huge portions of Cheese Ravioli, Beef Ravioli, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Eggplant Parm and so much more. One entree could serve 3 people honestly. Such nice help. Good wine too.

Great luch specials. Their speciality pizzas are very good. Last visit we had Sausage Pepper and Onion, Ziti slice and sicilian. The zeppoles are outstanding as well.

We tried this restaurant as someplace different then our usual eateries. The reviews were good and the menu on their web site looked amazing and now having eaten there can honestly say both were correct. The night we were there the place was jammed packed (reservations are highly recommended) so our waiter was a bit overwhelmed and that was the only neg. of our experience. Even with the crowd and our waiter a little slow getting to us and checking in once and a while (like forgetting our bread, slow getting our drinks, not checking to see if we needed anything, etc...) all was mostly forgiven once our food arrived. I had the baked lasagna and growing up an Italian NY'er I know my pasta's and what's good and what's not. This lasagna was among the best I've had (not as good as my nonnina's though). And everyone we dined with that night raved about each of their dishes. The prices were not cheap, but not over the top either. The atmosphere had a sort of a clean, industrial type feel. The soft lighting helped, but the noise level all around us was high. I gave it 4 stars for the reasons mentioned above: very, very crowded, waiter was overwhelmed and we had to keep flagging him down for service and a little too noisy for me, but oh the food, the food was amazing and would rate 5 stars. Perhaps a slower night or different time slot for our visit and it would have received an overall 5 stars, maybe(?). For me, when I write a review and score it's rating, for a place to earn 5 stars ALL the elements must be worthy of 5 stars. I do however recommend trying this restaurant and because the menu had so many tantalizing, appealing options leaving me wanting to taste and what we did have was that good I know we'll be going back.
I took the kids here for a quick pizza dinner on 8/13. Very nice decor with comfortable booths. We started with a Caesar salad. It was very good and a decent sized portion. Pizza was very good. Crisp crust and a generous amount of toppings. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. We will definitely return. * $11 Large Pies on Monday & Tuesday*

Stopped here at last minute and the folks keep the restaurant open late for us... We did the parmigianas - eggplant, chicken, and veal. Huge portions of excellent food. Even the pre-dinner salad was huge - full dinner-sized plate. Loved every bit of it - esp the extra service to some folks who had been on the road for a very long time.

Had lunch with a friend at "La Tavola" today. It was my first time there, but it won't be my last!! The luncheon menu is great...they offer a $12 lunch, with many choices...salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pastas. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious...well-prepared, and served hot. The restaurant has a lovely ambience, as well. Very impressed!!

This could be a fine stand alone Italian restaurant. The food is incredible and the service is just as good as the food! Havenât had anything I didnât like here. After a wonderful dinner I always have a cannoli! They are awesome. Try Savianoâs. You wonât be disappointed!

We visited on a Monday night, party of 4, around 8 pm. The place was quiet when we arrived and the host was very welcoming. Our server came right over and explained how the menu works and took our drink order. We enjoyed the fresh mozzarella appetizer for the table and very much enjoyed the complimentary hummus and toasts. We shared the chicken piccata which was nicely prepared. Our guests enjoyed the individual chicken Gorgonzola and the sausage, bean and pasta dish. All in all a pleasant dinner, thanks Buteraâs of Sayville!

Came here a few weeks ago as part of a company dinner outing with a large group, approximately 15 of us.On this Thursday evening, they had valet parking, which i think can be overdone, especially when you come out of the restaurant at the end of the evening, your car is ten feet away, and you need to have someone get it for you when it would take two seconds to walk to it. Oh well, it's not a big deal. There are a few Mannino's restaurants in the area, and I didn't know one existed in Oakdale. The restaurants all differ from each other in layout, decor, and size. This particular location is of a decent size. They seated our party "outside" or inside what looks to be something in between a temporary or permanent structure, just outside the main dining area. It's ok, it was comfortable and spacious, as we needed the room for our party.I wasn't paying too much attention to the menu, but our group got a variety of appetizer items to share. The buratta cheese stuck out as a favorite. The rice balls were good. The calimari was very tasty with the sauce. We also got the clams, not bad. Meatballs were very good as well. All in all the entire appetizer selection we got was flavorful and made everyone very happy. They also keep the bread baskets full with yummy breads, but don't this fill you up.For dinner, I got a pasta dish with steak in it. I think it was called Pasta Magnifico....if not, that's what I'm naming it, because it was damn good. A few folks in my party got the stuffed veal chop, which is their specialty here, and I heard nothing but raving comments from the folks who ordered this.I got the flan for dessert, which I always love, and the version they have at this place was on point. No complaints here...service, for having such a large group, was top notch. I highly recommend this spot!
