Ate recently with friends and had a very enjoyable dinner! Service was prompt and professional. Bread for table was delicious and plentiful. Kale Caesar salad was crisp and dressed perfectly - and my linguine and clams with pancetta entree was absolutely amazing! Perfectly seasoned without being salty and the pasta was al dente which I love! Also - nice selection of wines to choose from which was an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Located on Purchase Street in the quaint, seaside town of Rye, New York, Aurora ushers diners into an authentic Italian oasis, where the smell of wood-fired pizzas, rich, homemade pastas, and sumptuous entrees create a mouth-watering welcome. The restaura

A very casual vibe with attentive wait staff. Reviews of loud acoustics are accurate, although attempts at attenuation are evident. Beet salad, burger cooked perfect to medium rare, tiramisu and bread pudding to die for. Don’t skip the bread, especially the focaccia. The only miss was the gnocchi, a bit over cooked with overpowering sauce. Will definitely return when in the area.

Huge menu selection for everyone in your family. Pizza is always the best but their pasta dishes are great too. Service is top notch, just wish they had more room between the tables. Sometimes it can get tight in there.

The venue has both a regular restaurant and rooms for catering: birthdays, weddings, engagements, etc. This was my first visit to Emilio's and it as for a friend's 70th birthday party. The room was attractive and the food was excellent. Service was exemplary. Food was both delicious and beautifully presented. I cannot comment on the cost as I was a guest. Although there were other parties at the venue, we were not disturbed by sounds from other rooms. I would not hesitate to go to Emilio's for either a dinner or to cater a party.

I've been to Sal's before it is quite popular and well-known in the area. It usually has a little bit of a line which moves quite quickly as they are quite enough people behind the counter. You can take out or sit in one of the booths. However the pizza really is just average wasn’t great. And of course it as the atmosphere of a joint. The service is good and the prices reasonable, parking on the street.

We've been going to Piero's for years. The service is top notch. The new restaurant doesn't have quite the ambiance as the old place in Port Chester, but the food is still very good. The portions are large. If you are looking for good local Italian food, at a decent price, this is your spot.

I read many of the reviews before I started to write this as I did before we visited the restaurant to see if I missed something initially or if I will be off base with this review. I picked this place because their menu looked a little more inventive than the other local Italian places. There were 4 of us on a Saturday night. The place is extremely loud. Everyone there was overly nice, which is fine, but our waiter kept rubbing my back every time he came to the table. Never had that happen in all my years. They may want to add " And Massage Parlor" to their name. That aside, I had the rabe egg rolls. The taste was good but the greasiness killed the dish. Can't deep fry at low temperatures! Should have baked them. I also had the risotto which is a great test to see if the chef knows what he is doing. Once again, taste was good, not great, the rice was cooked perfectly but it was sitting in a greasy mess. I was getting agita as I was eating it.My take away on this is I will not go back since everyone else at my table thought the meal was mediocre at best. I don't understand the raving reviews of others but when you look at the young crowd that goes there, I guess it makes sense. I was being generous with the stars.

As you mentioned, we do show lots of soccer games including NYCFC matches, as we are Business Affiliates. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your chopped salad. The Branzino, however, is one of our signature dishes, prepared table side, Mediterranean style with light seasoning in order not to compromise the integrity of the Branzino flavor. Lemon sauce is served on the side, to be added according to patron's preference. Lastly, chicken parm is not part of our menu and done only for special orders. We hope to see you again!

My wife, daughter and I had Mother’s Day dinner at Gigante Restaurant & Bar yesterday evening and it was absolutely wonderful. -Service: From the very beginning with the valet parking to the very end when picked up our coats from the hostess the service was superb.-Decor/Ambiance: The place is filled with nice vibes. I would describe the décor as a casual approach to “modern nouveau elegance” (if there is such a description). A wide variety of spacious seating arrangements face onto a really striking bar, and there is a really neat private dining area to the rear. Really cool artwork is displayed throughout the restaurant and private dining areas. Unfortunately the weather was really bad so we could not take advantage of the outdoor seating with the beautiful fire pits that complement the indoor seating.-Food: In a word… Scrumptious! The restaurant is categorized as an “Italian” eatery. While there were quite a few Italian dishes on the menu (I must give a shot out to the Mozzarella en Carrozza…unique and outrageously good!), there was also a nice selection of other types of selections including a couple of really great Asian Fusion type dishes (I had the Rock Shrimp Tempura as an appetizer and the Beef Tenderloin Kung Pao as an entrée (the sauce for the shrimp tempura was amazing and the stir fried vegetables in the beef tenderloin absolutely succulent). My wife is still ranting about the flavor and texture of the Beef Short Ribs.Near the end our dinner the maître de came over and chatted with us about our dining experience. When we raved about the quality of the food the maître de asked us if we would like to meet Chef Samuel Kim. This turned out to be one of the highlights of the evening. At a new establishment like Gigante I would have expected these guys to give us the stereotypic marketing speil about how great the place is. Instead, both gentlemen were extremely genuine and cordial, and it was obvious that they both are extremely passionate about their professions. For my family, their passion (and that of all of the staff at Gigante) was manifest in a truly wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back. This is a must for those in search of a great dining experience.
