There are many other options in the area. Our meals were ok, even with the tiny salad in my soup and salad combo. I love the Thai shrimp salad. The broccoli in my daughters meal was crisp, not mushy.

There is no seating, although a small counter could be used for 1 or 2, but would crowd the small order/pick-up space. Think either takeout or delivery. Call ahead. The food is good (Philly Cheese-steak, Cesar Chicken wrap, onion rings) and cooked fresh. Reasonable prices and sizes. Drinks are canned sodas. There is a tiny âpocket-parkâ adjacent that provides a little outdoor seating, but the best bet is to cut through the parking lot and down the hill to eat beside the Erie Canal. Service is fast, if not totally friendly (the focus seems to be getting you served and out the door). Bottom line â better fast food than a chain meal.

Established in the fall of 2015 The Speakeasy Bar & Lounge calls upon the glitz and glamour of the 1920's combined with the secrecy of the prohibition era. You'll step back in time at the Scofflaw immediately whether sitting at the bar or in the dining ro
I do enjoy the prohibition themed concept. It's nice to have waiters and waitresses properly uniformed. Enough restaurants, even ones featuring fine dining, do not do that. And how many other prohibition themed restaurants are there in Rochester anyway? On the weekend we visited, the restaurant was very busy - the bar was packed. Our server was very attentive but oh so green. He really could have spent a bit more time studying and familiarizing himself with the menu as he wasn't terribly helpful with the questions that were asked. He was good about seeking answers but the back and forth did require a lot of extra time that took away from the general atmosphere of good service. The food was excellent. Oysters on the half shell were only $1.50. that's always enjoyable! As she didn't want much of a dinner my wife ordered the pizza and that was a mistake. Nothing special there at all. My advice is quit trying to cater to everyone and take it off the menu. I had the carbonara and it was excellent - just the right combination of pancetta, peas, and cream. A very hearty dish topped by porcini mushrooms. The seafood fra diavlo was also wonderfully prepared and bursting with large pieces of clams, scallops and fish. For drinks, I had a traditional perfect Manhattan but I always add four extra requests. The bartender made it exactly to my liking so kudos there. Except for the French 75, the other cocktails on the list didn't catch my eye. I would ask the mixologist to take a second look at teh offerings. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Our dinner service was a bit slow but again I attribute that to our waiter's inexperience but he was very nice. I'd highly recommend Scofflaw. I've never had a bad dinner at Monroe's (above) so I'm pleased to see the same standards apply.

I had driven past this Pittsford restaurant thousands of times without ever stopping in, which I did yesterday. It's a very comfy-like bar-restaurant inside, with a bunch of tables arranged around the centrally-located bar. A fully-functional (or so it appears) bank vault in the rear of the dining room harkens back to the building's earlier uses. The menu is fairly extensive, and I ordered a "Seafood Salad," which came with a lemon vinaigrette dressing that compliemented the dish perfectly, as did the Parmesan cheese that was sprinkled throughout. The salad had all the right veggies, and was topped with lots of calamari, shrimp, and a nice-sized lobster tail. It was not cheap...around $16.00 for the lunch dish. But is was very worth the price. The service was spot-on as well, and very friendly. I would love to go back again for dinner sometime.

For 7 bucks you get fresh baked goods, fruit, yogurt and coffee/juice. For $4 more you can get eggs made to order. The food is good and the staff was friendly. Plenty of seating.

On a Sunday evening, not too busy, we experienced slow service and less than satisfactory food. The chicken salad was dry and contained only raisins-nothing else. Burgers were over cooked. Just not a good experience. We wonât be back anytime soon. I'm sorry to hear about this! We'd love to make this up to you. Please come back again so we can give you a better experience.

Spur of the moment stopped in and was very pleasantly surprised. Great place to hang and taste some wine or beer (they do both). Michael and Angelo were so friendly and welcoming. I have spoken to several friends about this place and will be coming back.

Inspired by the cuisine of California's Napa and Sonoma Valleys and their annual Mustard Festival, Label 7 has been serving excellence on the canal-side since 2008. Full Bar, with a beautiful dinning room, there is no better place than Label 7 for your fi
We ate here for dinner. The service was impeccable - right balance of privacy and attentiveness that I appreciated. Menu was a little tough to find non-meat items, but I do occasionally eat fish and settled on a muscle appetizer paired with their angry Cesar salad; -mussels were flavorful and the salad was okay. It was plenty to eat. My husband had a burrito dish they offered that had a lovely presentation and which he devoured. We shared a delicious bread pudding dessert- quite the highlight. I canât say we can offer much via wine as it was a late night for both of us and each just had a glass with dinner. we really ended up here because they are open late and we were tired, hungry, had worked late and didnât want to cook but wanted a good tasting meal that was not a grease-fest. Label 7 met all our requirements and made for a good night.

Showed up 15 minutes before Happy Hour and the server refused to let us use the Happy Hour menu. Made us wait 15 minutes or pay the higher prices. Not what I would expect from an SPG Renaissance property.Net time we are in town, I won't stay here.JZgolfer,Thank you for taking the opportunity to share your experience. Please accept my apologies for any miscommunication. Our sales system is set up by service times; the happy hour menu is not visible in the system until 4:00 pm. The server certainly could have handled the situation differently. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we hope you change your mind and give us another try.
