We specialize in the freshest ingredients & love to cater to our customers special requests. We are conveniently located off the Cross County Parkway at exit 3 at the intersection of Yonkers & Midland Avenues. We are 4 blocks from the Empire City Casino.
We wanted a decent meal and my wife remembered DeCosta's from a previous event (bridal shower) so we made the 10-minute trip. Parking is available (though most of it is behind the restaurant and those that require assistance with walking should be dropped off at the door first) and it is easy to get to from major roadways in the area. The main dining area features a small bar and there is window seating (though not an exciting view); there is also another room for special events. The full bar includes all the classes of wine and specialty drinks and the menu is classic Italian with pastas, meats and appetizers. My whole wheat linguine with broccoli rabe and sausages was deliciously drenched in olive oil infused with bits of garlic; my wife's rotini primavera was loaded with seasonal vegetables. And the bread pudding--covered in a tasty sauce of caramel with cinnamon with strawberries and bananas. This was a great Tuesday evening dinner! Thanks for this superb review. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our food and service. The White Chocolate Bread Pudding is one of my favorite desserts. thanks again and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Four of us had dinner here late on Monday night. We loved some of our food, and felt that other things were just ok. The loves: the beer; the service; the burgers; the AMAZING grilled cheese; the goat cheese appetizer. The okays: the onion rings; the Farmer's Salad (although why were we ordering a salad there??); and the plain tater tots. (Tots needed more onion. The Trader Joe's tots that my kids love are more onion-y.) Would I return? Yes, if it weren't crazy crowded. And, btw, I am a vegetarian. The menu had so many choices for me!

During the day and night, you will find friends spending time together, co-workers winding down, families gathering and folks just looking to have a conversation and a bite with a cold beer. Whatâs the bar like, what kind of beers do you have? Good questi
Didnt feel comfortable there. It gets packed with large minded egos of drunken obnoxious people. Its an open concept bar restaurant so it gets very loud.Waiters were not attentive and with such noise they could at least make you more accommodating. If you like places like that then youre in the right place.

Casual elegance meets New American dining at Park 143 Bistro in Bronxville, NY. Here guests can enjoy a seasonal menu of small plates, featuring savory crepes, homemade pastas, and made-to-share classics, like hand cut pomme frites and lager steamed musse
Inside is a very sophisticated, but welcoming atmosphere. I love all the different fish options, especially the different types of mussels. I highly recommend the trout. The fried oysters were delicious, but I was disappointed in the dipping sauce- no flavor. Every time I'm here I find myself wishing there were some sort of meat option as an appetizer though. Great drinks. Service is very slow though- after multiple times now.

Went to have lunch with my mother. With only the bartender tending to the bar and tables she was fast and attentive to our needs. Food was out promptly and hot. Wings were good. Ma enjoyed a burger. Would recommend both!! Parking can be tough but try the side streets.

My daughter and I came to a plant party here recently and arrived early to have dinner and a beverage! Glad we did that......For dinner we were a party of four, each arriving at a different time and staff was so accommodating.....served beverages promptly....and dinner when we were all there.....We all had something different and everything was delish!!! But we started with the nachos with chili on top. now that is the absolutely best item on the menu! we have loved it for years and it is still as good as ever.....so....this is definitely a fun place to eat, fun place to gather....my daughter also loves the nights when they have comedy.....

If you are looking for that classic Woodlawn/McLean Avenue Irish experience, this pub will be of interest. It is simple and unassuming, warm atmosphere. Service is friendly and pretty quick. The food is the usual burger everything , fried everything. I did not come here to eat, or even drink beer, i came for the ambience. Also to chill with friends. This place is great for all of the above. If you like beer and can eat mainstream bar food comfortably, you will enjoy the Heritage greatly.

I came here for the first time this afternoon and had the best Mac and cheese I ever had in my life. I did the Mac and cheese with truffle parm and bacon. SO GOOD. SO SO GOOD! I also had the veggie wrap with goat cheese. Also delicious! And what a menu. So many awesome dishes to choose from. My friend got the fried chicken waffle sandwich. My lunch was so good that I overate and I was so full that here I am 6 hours later hoping to be hungry again soon so I could eat the rest of it. Highly recommend.

After saying we need to go to the Bayou for some Cajun cuisine, it was a bummer. The food wasnât as I remembered when I first visited the restaurant a while back with some friends. The BBQ chicken PoâBoy was far from a Poâ Boy, it was kinda a sad excuse for a sandwich. The Mac and Cheese, bland. The gumbo was good as was the pasta oâ day. The service was good. Overall, Iâd say an average dinning experience. Maybe the bar scene is better. It was cool, but not again.
