We visit family in Long Island every year. Iâm so glad they chose to take us to Seven Quarts Tavern to meet up for dinner and drinks with friends. It was our first time dining here. The restaurant has great vibe with a very cozy feel. We sat downstairs close to the bar. When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the owners, Brian, and we were promptly seated. We started with the duck wings and crab cakes which were both flavorful and delicious. My husband and I shared the Slow Braised Short Ribs and Mac & Cheese for dinner which I would definitely recommend. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their meals and the service was on point! From start to finish it was a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back again.

Eat Well. Drink. #InTheShed American Food, Brunch, Lunch & Dinner 7 Days a Week. From The Creators of Besito Mexican
We enjoyed a wonderful lunch recently at The Shed in Huntington Village. My husband and two sons took me to celebrate my birthday after visiting the nearby park and art gallery. The cocktails were excellent and I loved my beefsteak tomato salad. My husband had the farmer's breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our sons had chicken and waffles for the first time and it was also a big hit. We can't wait to come back!Thank you so much! We have shared your comments with the team, we can't wait for you to come back either!

They have a lot of items for around $10 for lunch. Wraps, sandwiches, bugers etc. They also have a lot of indie beers on tap.

Having lived in Northport on and off for 60 years I've seen a lot of restaurants on Main St. This care, although very small has always served really good food. It's pub food, but good quality. There might be a grilled salmon sandwich or a pasta shrimp dish. But it won't be ordinary and it will be tasty and we'll executed. It can get very crowded so we prefer lunch over dinner for that reason. You'll never have a bad, meal here.

Often go to F.H. Riley's for happy hour, and sometimes for a full meal. They have never disappointed us. Drinks are very good, and they have a nice selection of beer and wine. The bar food is excellent and very consistent. The staff is excellent - and there is a relatively new GM who is doing his best to continue to uphold the very fine reputation built by previous managers.

We arrived here at 6:45. Walked in through the front door and the bar was filled. The was also 1 couple in a booth. We walked through the bar area into the rear dining area and we were alone. Not 1 patron anywhere. We were greeted by a very nice lady, Diane who would be our waitress. We were meeting friends here and sat down and waited. When my friend walked in he greeted Diane as he knew her. He hadn't been here in months. It seems they raised there drink prices and he would not have been here except to meet with us. They were now getting $5.50 for a bottle of domestic beer. This is a little local pub????????? The Happy Hour specials were over at 7 and by 7:05 there was now only 3 people left in the bar area. I could see why! I felt kind of bad for the waitress because for the 2 hours we were there we were the only table. The food was good, not great but good. The hamburgers and chicken Caesar salads were good but the baked clams we ordered with gummy and had no clam taste. The food prices were OK. If I ever do comeback I know I'll be drinking water!

Old-Fashioned Charm, Updated By Joanne Starkey New York Times For over half a century the Old Fields Inn has been a fixture in Greenlawn. Known for its marinated steaks, it was the place where the Kiwanis and Lions Clubs met. When I last visited, a couple
I was here for a private event. The appetizers (fried calamari and pita bread with spinach dip) were good, as well as the entree (chicken over rice). But the Caesar salad was way too lemony, and the chocolate mousse dessert was a little bitter. Also, as other reviewers have said, it's very noisy. But the service was good, and they did not rush people out of the restaurant after the party was over.
