Ok what does the meaning of medium mean to you. I ordered 2 burgers with Swiss medium for take out along with freedom fries and wings, the burgers were rare the freedom fries did not include what we ordered. We had given them plenty of time to get our food ready and it was wrong. I have not been here for awhile but was not happy with the service. Letâs hoe things get better

We're regulars here -- maybe once a month -- and are never disappointed. It's small, so *sometimes* it's crowded and noisy, but mostly it's a very pleasant place to have a meal with friends or family. (And if you're a local, you'll almost certainly run into at least one person you know.)The menu is small, but gets updated frequently, and there's usually something for everyone (for the kids, that's often the burger). It's always good, sometimes truly excellent -- such as the Fig & Prosciutto pizza they currently have in rotation. Also a there's a nice selection of craft beers. It's one of our defaults when we're too tired, grumpy or lazy to cook but if I were a visitor looking for a casual meal, I'd be happy here too -- just the place you want to find to grab a bite and relax.

My wife and I visited Sleepy Hollow for a long weekend to celebrate the Halloween festivities this year and stayed at the Doubletree in Tarrytown. The Bridge View Tavern was a place we read about on TripAdvsior prior to going and wanted to check it out for lunch on a Friday as it was a close drive. We had an awesome experience and our server Patty was a large reason why. She greeted us immediately and talked to us like old friends. We told her we were in Sleepy Hollow to see the sites, etc. and not only did she give us a map with info she also recommended several things to do in the area. We had excellent (and spicy) Bloody Maryâs and burgers for lunch and everything was fantastic â the Chorizo Burger was unique and I loved it. We then walked around town all day, went on a cemetery tour, etc. for the next 8 hours and decided to come back for drinks and snacks. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of speaking to Patty once more and learned she is actually the GM of the place. She was a joy to talk to and she and her staff are excellent. The bartenders we had were on top of everything and the Yankees were playing so it was packed. We ended up staying until close because we were having such a great time. They also have a little beer garden out back, but we didnât have a chance to see it as we wanted to watch the game. Make sure to try the pulled pork nachos. I would highly recommend this place for top shelf food, craft beers and an awesome staff!

The restaurant is located at the Metro North Railroad station. Lunch with a view at Hudson Social was a pleasant experience. Outside seating is very nice especially during those warm days. The Social Burger was good but a few more french fries would have been nice. The portion was small. l also enjoyed a side salad with my burger that consisted of mixed greens, chick peas, tomato and red onions with a Balsamic dressing. I can't suggest anything because I did try anything else on the menu but what they did offer was appealing. What I found most attractive was the fact that the outside seating is opposite the River Front Park and Hudson River.

14 and Hudson is a lovely, although noisy, restaurant in a lovely town. I had the blueberry pancakes which were delicious and large. Not only were there blueberries in the pancakes but also surrounding them. However, for $18.00 they are very pricey. My wife had the Baja Fish Tacos which were also delicious. However, our friends said that the meals they ordered were good but lacked that extra which would have made them excellent. The service was just okay because there was only one waitress. We did very much enjoy our stroll through the town and along the water. We will be back to lovely Piermont, but we will try another restaurant.

We went to Mauds after being recommended by Bill, the owner of the Greenleaf Pharmacy (old fashioned soda fountain). Anyway, thanks Bill! No regrets. A family friendly (multiple young families with toddlers, etc) "bar Americana" with some typical bar fare, but some different dishes as well. My wife had the chicken sheppards pie made with sweet potatoes, a unique twist. I had the crab cakes, and while delicious, I must admit to holding a very high standard for seafood. No problems at all, mind you, just picky! We both had a beer, and split a Captain and Coke, for under $75.00. You cant go wrong. Highly recommended.

Went before movie for happy br drinks, apps and dinner. Drinks were of good quality, but did not like apps, potato croquettes were tasteless and wings had odd flavor. Ribs were good for dinner. Rung up reg price instead of happy prices so watch out. Place worth drinks but way overpriced for food.

We had a Sunday afternoon family get together at Doubleday's. There were about 15 of us. We chose and reserved tables for the outdoor seating area. Doubleday's is a bar first but has table areas for sit down eating and drinking. There was a brunch menu going when we got there in the early afternoon. The menu ranged from sliders and wings to steak dinners as well as the brunch menu. I had a Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Rabe sauteed in garlic and oil sandwich with provolone cheese and waffle fries. The items were flavorful, well cooked, and tasty. I did not hear one bad thing said about the food from anyone in our group. The sandwich menu ran about $14. I drank Leinenkugel Shandy drafts. A 16oz cup ran about $7. The outdoor seating was about 9 picnic tables on crushed pea gravel. They sat adjacent to the outdoor bar which had three TVs playing different sporting events which were easily seen from the tables. The only drawback was to get to the outdoor seating you had to walk down a hill next to the building and back up when leaving. There were a few in the group with mobility issues and it was a challenge for them. I do not live in the area but I recommend this place and would return in the future if in the area.

This former Biddle home...think spouse of a Duke (tobacco not aristocracy) and now a conference Center and Inn in hilly and charming Tarrytown NY. We pull up to the manor house entrance and are escorted to the basement...dark, low ceilings, paneled and a showplace for vintage photos of men and women sports teams from the early 20th c. The food is delicious...upscale pub fare. The french onion soup is amazing...The broth is there to hold the onions in place. Sandwiches or salads...each treated with respect. A kitchen garden on the estate provides fresh veggies and herbs in season. Do explore the upstairs house and grounds before you depart. Enchanting.

Much ballyhooed restaurant in a lovely scenic spot, but cuisine, service and drinks below expectations. Very limited menu with exorbitant prices, small portions and very erratic service. Food was poorly prepared and over cooked. Cocktails were inconsistent and a second round was completely different in taste and appearance. Main dining area extremely noisy with irrelevant music blaring throughout. Unfortunately did not experience what I anticipated to be a memorable dining experience.
