5 (if not 6) stars for ales, atmosphere and location. Perfect stop for a pint, any time from noon till 11pm Superb selection of a dozen excellent, interesting craft ales, well selected not just for their quality but to meet every possible taste, and rotating frequently so that you're always offered a new, fresh choice of ales to taste and drink.Great, warm, cozy, friendly, atmosphere (reminiscent of a small English pub), with at least one of the two very engaging and knowledgeable young owners always behind the bar to welcome, advise and (if you're in the mood for this) chat.Ideally located a few yards from Bronxville main street, station, movie theater, etc.Celebrating their first anniversary this weekend.....and may they have many many more......

After saying we need to go to the Bayou for some Cajun cuisine, it was a bummer. The food wasnât as I remembered when I first visited the restaurant a while back with some friends. The BBQ chicken PoâBoy was far from a Poâ Boy, it was kinda a sad excuse for a sandwich. The Mac and Cheese, bland. The gumbo was good as was the pasta oâ day. The service was good. Overall, Iâd say an average dinning experience. Maybe the bar scene is better. It was cool, but not again.

Yard House is an upscale-casual eatery known for great food, classic rock music and 130 taps of imported, craft and specialty ales & lagers. Whether youâre in the mood for a grilled burger and a pint of your favorite ale, or seared ahi and a chilled marti
I was shopping at Ridgehill and we decided to take a break and have lunch. We went to the Yard House. Place always surprises us. I love Nachos. Well their Nachos dish is big enough to feed five people and it was only me. That was my lunch. It had such flavor. Chicken pieces with melted cheese and lots of cilantro, fresh multicolored chips, oh I was in Nacho heaven. Excellent place. Great crowd.

Located in Tuckahoe, NY, The Tap House is an inviting gastro-pub with a warm interior, cozy tables and a great classic-design bar.
Stopped in for a friend's birthday. As mentioned before, I prefer sitting in the front where there is more light. Course, you'll have to deal with the noise level being higher. Ordered the mussels and calamari. Felt the mussels were too small and would have taken less mussels at a medium size. The calamari was ok. My sliders were good since I asked for them rare and the fish and chips was very tasty. Server was attentive and checked on us regularly.

Great hot spot for casual bar and grill food. Wings, âtucked salad, and drinks are excellent and they offer âhappy hourâ deals. We liked the beer selection and cosmos. Seems they have repeat customers and private events which are a good sign. Friendly staff! Will definitely visit again.

Borrowing from the song, I would have to say that Pete's in Bronxville is still crazy [good] after all these years. Back in my college days, mid to late 60s, Pete's (with the original Pete presiding!) was our usual weekend stop. No matter where we went or what we did, we polished it off with beers and burgers at Pete's. We returned recently after a 45+ year absence, found the "younger" Pete in charge, and enjoyed everything we always did about the place: beer and burgers. Still a great place.

We had made reservations for Christmas Eve dinner with family. Excellent friendly service! Our waitress was greeted by other regular customers with hugs and well wishes for the holidays. The hostess helped where needed ( busy night). The restaurant was full .. every table was reserved. But- we in no way felt crowded or rushed. It was one of the most enjoyable holiday dinners out that Iâve experienced. There was a set menu with about 8 choices all of which sounded delicious and looked amazing coming out of the kitchen. My chicken was perfect. The others had steaks that melted in their mouths. The waitstaff was very attentive to our every need with frequent rechecks at our table. This was a perfect location for our Christmas Eve family gathering! Highly recommended!

Casual elegance meets New American dining at Park 143 Bistro in Bronxville, NY. Here guests can enjoy a seasonal menu of small plates, featuring savory crepes, homemade pastas, and made-to-share classics, like hand cut pomme frites and lager steamed musse
Inside is a very sophisticated, but welcoming atmosphere. I love all the different fish options, especially the different types of mussels. I highly recommend the trout. The fried oysters were delicious, but I was disappointed in the dipping sauce- no flavor. Every time I'm here I find myself wishing there were some sort of meat option as an appetizer though. Great drinks. Service is very slow though- after multiple times now.
