It is located north of Blauvelt, east of Nanuet, southwest of Valley Cottage, southeast of Bardonia, and west of Central Nyack. It is approximately 18 miles (29 km) north of New York City. The population was 3,439 at the 2010 census.

Been here twice. Outstanding BBQ and great prices. Recommend the combo platters. Corn souffle is outstanding, must order. Service could have been better. At one point server disappeared for 15 minutes. Food could have been hotter when served. Still the best BBQ around here. Will be back.

We had decided not to go here again after our visit nearly two years ago, but friends really wanted to go to have lunch there. The booths and the high-top tables are uncomfortable, so my lady reserved a table for five. Even though this was a Monday, and there were not many people there, a party of five came in, the hostess thought they were the party reserving that table, and gave our table away to them. So, we all scrunched uncomfortably into a booth.Nobody else had a problem with their meal that they voiced, but I noticed some anomalies with my meal. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, when it was brought to the table, the top bread on one of the halves had fallen off, and the fries were just warm, not hot. The blue cheese dip that was supposed to be on the side had to be brought in a separate trip, along with ketchup, which most people automatically like with french fries. Even a subsequent serving of fries (it was an all-you-can eat promotion on them) were also just warm.When the bill came, my lady's coupon special was not applied, and that had to be corrected. When the seating problem came up, a manager was sent out to deal with it, and offered a free appetizer, and while that was not on the bill, again, they were just lukewarm and not hot.There's an old saying, once bitten, twice shy, that applies here.

Went to have pizza with some friends of my mother. its a small neighborhood place just as remembered, we played the lottery draw game when waiting and Yeah we wont $3, but we spent $20, we had a sample app with mozzarella sticks,jalepeno poppers,chick nuggets,,all friend average frozen items served hate and with red sauce and ranch dressing we asked for. We ordered a margarita and a cheese pie, both served nice and hot. the cheese pies was greta. the margarita fair at best, not as appealing as most other places and it was just not as tasty. id stick with the standard..ill go back, i prefer the Nanuet restaurant down the street1

We had a very good dinner here. I love that the risotto had two different sizes - large and small. Perfect size and really good. The watermelon salad with olives, mint, and cheese was awesome. I couldn't get enough! The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff attentive and polite. Plus, being in town allowed you to take a walk on Main street afterwards. Perfecto!

One hour drive away from NYC. Perfect spot for after a hike. The service is quick and good. The burger and fries are amazing. I believe the owner of this place is also the owner of District 96 Brewery, which is connected to the burger loft.

Nyack is known for many restaurants for dinner (Mediterranean, Thai, Japanese, Italian...the list is endless) and incredibly great bakeries, ice cream, pizza, lunch varieties, and vegetarian/vegan options abound. Service Beyond Compare thanks to David & Anthony!! My hubby & I chose Yard House for date night dining. The food is usually always on point. Our waiter David was incredible, providing recommendations while giving us just enough time to peruse the menu. He knew the menú inside and out and helped narrow down our menu. We talked about date night & our kids, he was so friendly. Our clam chowder & chicken tortilla soups were made to perfection! Our entrees came out & they looked delightful. My husband realized there was an issue with his meal & called David over. David sincerely apologized, although it wasnt his fault. His manager also came over to also apologize, we just felt bad, as it was out of both of their direct line of control. Anthony told us David mentioned to him It was date night and so they took care of our bill plus gave us a delicious dessert. Additionally & the most impressive final touch was the personalized card they wrote with a little gift. I tell you this because the service was beyond compare. From beginning to the minute we walked out, we were smiling and date night was beautiful thanks to the YardHouse Thank you, thank you and thank you to David & Anthony for going above & beyond what most restaurants would do. great place. food, service and ambiance are just great. the owner/host couldn't be any more friendly and professional. great vibe in a very comfortable place. Prices are a bit high but the quality of the food makes up for it. definitely going back again.
