On a quick tour of the Finger Lakes region, we passed a quaint local drive-in restaurant called Mac's, absolutely packed with patrons. It was graduation weekend at a nearby university, so we figured that was the explanation. But no. We pulled in and joined a crowd of locals and bikers and families who found a fairly broad menu of old favorites: simple burgers and fries, chicken and shrimp baskets, and salads (tossed, potato, or cabbage) with not a habañero or artisanal anything in sight. Many of the patrons were out age, old enough for a remember when moment. And the car hops responded to the traditional " beep" summons quickly and efficiently. It was a sweet stop all the way 'round.

The historic Gould Hotel, with onsite restaurant and tavern, serves classic American fare in a casual atmosphere. Featuring Finger Lakes and New York State wine, craft beer and spirits.
Visited for an early dinner. There were a couple vegetarian choices on the menu which was nice. Our server couldnât have been any more friendly or helpful. Food came out very quickly. Beer selection was wonderful, mixed drinks were okay. Nice meal located a short walk from the Womenâs Rights National Park.

This is a popular deli/restaurant in the heart of Seneca Falls, NY. We were very impressed with the food and value
Stopped in with some friends. They have the menu on a board over the counter and near a beverage reach-in. Food is ordered at the counter; they may offer table service but they didn't when I was there. They have booths and tables. They also have an adjoining room off the side where they hold events. It is semi-self serve as you get your own beverages and pay at the counter.Service was a bit sloppy for my taste. The menu named about six types of bagels but they actually only had two types; no whole-grain. I ordered a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. It came with red onions and tomato slices. It was ok and there was ample smoked salmon. I even shared it with a friend - both halves were covered with toppings. It was very ordinary. I asked for a toasted bagel. Nothing special about it; even a slice of lemon would have improved it.

Get the steak and the sizzle at Portico, created by renowned locavore Chef Viviani. He presents old-world Italian cooking mingled with steakhouse-style chops and seafood, using ingredients gathered from local farms. The cuisine is exquisite, and matched o
This was our second time here having last been here about 18 months ago. We werenât overly impressed last time, but thought we would give it a second chance. We travel all around the world and have experienced some very high end dining in hotels, resorts and casinos. This is not one of them. Donât get me wrong, this is a nice place to have a meal. Itâs just not spectacular. Personally I donât feel that the ambiance is warm and inviting and just doesnât do it for me. Thatâs just personal preference and many will disagree. It just seems too much like a mid level hotel restaurant. Not something in a high end casino. The bar area is very nice though. The choice of dinner choices seemed to be more expansive than what I recalled so that is a good thing. The food was good, but not exemplary. The real issue here both times has been the service. Timing is way off. Itâs like the servers we had never actually sat down and had or appreciated that a good timed service is important. We want to relax, not try and see how quick we can get out. Also itâs the finer touches in service that keep this place average as compared to the higher end restaurants at competing Casinos in Upstate New York. I read in the paper that this casino is struggling. I can see why and itâs likely that any return visit for us is likely 18-24 months away unless we hear of changes. We apologize that every aspect of our service wasn't up to your expectations and hope we improve on your next visit. The feedback you provided is very helpful and we appreciate you taking the time to provide it, as it truly helps us improve the overall experience for you and our other valued guests.

Picture a crisp morning on a Finger Lakes farm. The morning dew evaporating off crisp, delicious produce. Succulent fruit begging to be hand picked. The Farmers Market Buffet harvests the freshest locally-sourced produce, fruits, dairy products, meats and
Seriously.. I've been here probably 10 times since they have opened. Every time I've gone, there had been nothing new on the buffet. Every single item right right down to the pizza toppings have been the exact same. ( Pepperoni, cheese, and a garlic with tomatoes) The desserts are tasteless. The staff looks like they would rather be outside cleaning a sewer. And why charge more for dinner when the same items are on it that you find for lunch? I just don't get it. The other casino buffets ( Farmington and Turning stone) have rotating selections and are around the same price. Other than Del Lago being 5 minutes away from me, there is no reason to visit this buffet more than once a year. We apologize that every aspect of our service wasn't up to your expectations and hope we improve on your next visit. We were passing through the area on a trip and thanks to Tripadvisor reviews we decided to try this place. It is just a short distance from the NYS Thruway. It was worth it getting off the Thruway for the meal. The place was easily accessible by wheelchair. The staff were very friendly. It was readily apparent that there is a regular day to day group of customers who come here often. Everyone, including the customers coming in are very friendly making you fell right at home. Nice! The service was accurate, fast and efficient. The food was very good with ample portions. The prices are reasonable. Would definitely stop here again.

We returned to this place because we hadn't been in awhile. Still think it is the best. We arrived for happy hour so took advantage of the specials for drinks and appetizers. We stayed for a dinner plate we shared with a side.Food was good. We had the tuna sahimi with a dipping sauce. It is actually pan seared ahi tuna with a seseme seed crust; not Japanese sahimi. And we had an order of pork dumplings with dipping sauce. Both were on a bed of lettuce. Sauces were not too flavorful but both dishes were good. And just perfect to share. For main we had a fried cod dinner. It came with a small red cabbage slaw, lots of fried potatoes and a hugh piece of fried cod. The crust was greasy but pulled away from the fish easily so we ate just the fish. It was done to perfection. I got a side of the Brussel sprouts; also delicious. We had drinks and a dessert all for under $70. What a bargain! Our waitress was attentive and helpful.

We are a fun pub, many draft beers, a great wine list, and a large menu. We feature daily specials and home made soups every day. We also have live local entertainment every Thursday night 8-11, with a Saturday thrown in there once in awhile. Large partie
Great food, but the Seneca Falls location consistently exhibited an inability to get our order correct. From a request for hot sauce and the side of my sub and got it on the whole thing to ordering a chicken tender sub and request the tenders shaken in hot sauce and they were completely bare on one side - lazy and sloppy. The management is rude and unable to fulfill simple promises and accused me of threatening her merely because I was tired of their BS and going to give them bad reviews. Never ate there just ordered carry out and delivery, but itâs no exaggeration to say the vast majority of the time they found a way to mess up my order. Sucks bc i love their food.

Great eating place, much nicer inside than the outside would suggest. Great nostalgic fifties décor. Breakfast items a little limited considering this is a diner but lunch and dinner items are plentiful. Service was great, would definitely eat here again when back in the area.
