Service is poor in this restaurant. I have been to multiple BJ restaurants in Florida but this one in NY has the poorest service so far. I went here twice in a span of three days since it is conveniently located to where I was staying and both times, the service was poor. It took a long time for the food to come out and the servers seem to be hiding because they cannot be found. Food is good, same quality as the ones here in Florida. But definitely, service is not the same.
On a cold day entering was great. The place was nice and warm. The food was the usual, staff was friendly and attentive. All members of our party were satisfied.

We went to the Red Lobster off Times Square. We made the mistake of ordering starters. These were huge. So when the mains came we couldn't eat it all. Our waiter Daniel was lovely and helpful.

Mediterranean/Continental/Restaurant
This visit to Crabtrees was our first since it opened. Mediterranean/American style is not my first choice for eating out. But to make the wife happy and our friend happy since it was her birthday and our 50th anniversary. The service is excellent with water being repeatedly refilled and the crumbs removed very quickly. The 1st thing that annoyed me was this pesky fly throughout the whole time we were at the table. No one is going take swats during a meal so I have no solution. The front door is constantly being opened. My 2nd problem (and I know it is my fault), was the vegetables. Each dish comes with mashed potato and a mix of vegetables like yellow and green zucchini, stringbeans, and pieces of broccoli(ugh) and some slices of beets (ugh 2).For starters our friend had the buratta salad and i shared the escargot with wifey. That came in the full shell on a plate of garlic sauce which is what makes this dish so good. For main course our friend had the darla's chicken, wife had the salmon and I had the porterhouse style 16 ounce pork chop. The chop was huge and covered with sauteed peppers and onions. The chop was very good but I probably would have been happier had I stuck with my first thought of getting 2 appetizers and a salad. I studied the menu and really wanted the calamari plate and the escargot with a salad.Appetizers and salads run from $11-15 while most main dishes run in the teens to 30+.When we arrived the place was not too filled but when we left on a Sunday nite , it was packed. If you are still hungry for dessert, get the gelato.

Large portions, great service. Always greeted with a smile. Food is good and prices are competitive for diners.

The Bayhouse Waterfront Bar & Grille is located in Rosedale New York and was my first restaurant that I enjoyed during my month long US Holiday. In total there were over thirty-four (34) other restaurants that I experienced during my month long vacation in America.I was invited with my daughter-in-laws father, and the restaurant was very close to JFK airport and my hotel. We both had a great visit and fantastic dinner. It was raining that night so we did not have a chance to dine on their outdoor terrace yet we did have a nice window table with a view of the water! The menu was quite extensive so I had a difficult time deciding on my selection. What we found out that ALL the food at the Bayhouse Waterfront Bar & Grille was very, very good.I liked the atmosphere and our waitress was very professional and friendly. I would return on a heartbeat on my next trip to the Statesâ¦

Terrible service. Ordered coffee, it never was served but we were charged for it. The pastrami sandwich, which we intended to share was served open face. I was very disappointed and will not return.Too bad.

Breakfast offers a full buffet, eggs cooked any way you'd like, as well as an a la cart menu. Breakfast hours are 6:00am-11:00am. Our lunch menu is jam-packed with creative burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Lunch menu is served from 11:00am-5:00pm. Dinner
We have eaten here many times while staying at the Hilton. This time we were at the adjacent Hampton Inn and our nearest meal option was 144. We were here for a late lunch and dinner. Both times, the service was slow, though it was better at dinner. The food was definitely average. The chicken club salad was good.

The Lantern Diner is a family-oriented restaurant serving amazing comfort food the right way. Since opening its Doors once again in 2014 under new management, The Lantern Diner has become once again the Landmark of Hempstead, thanks to our beloved communi
I love burgers but this one looked very nice and was perfect medium rare...but totally dry and difficult to swallow. The rolls on our burgers were huge, but sweet (not s great accompaniment to meat). And they considered charging for fresh onion. Huh? My husbandâs turkey burger deluxe needed a reminder to bring the included onion rings. I must say the fries were fabulous... burning hot, freshly made.
