Tried lunch & dinner here based on reviews. Nothing special. Friendly staff was the best part. Place was busy with a lot of locals. My chicken & fish was dry. Husbands hamburger steak was dry with no gravy on it or mashed potatoes. Macaroni and cheese was too cheesy. Restaurant is not terrible but not good. They did have pibb xtra. More reasonably priced than other places in the area.

Family run coffee house. Very friendly staff. Very good product! I got a coconut frozen Java and it was better then a Starbucks frappuccino! It also tasted like real coffee. Jc Java house is also a nice place to go and hang out if you live in newtown!

Harry the Greek

This restaurant looks like a small roadside stand but it is delicious! As soon as you walk in the smell makes your mouth water. I had a Greek salad which was huge and very filling. I'm not a fan of onions or peppers so they accommodated me by holding these veggies, the picture I took is of my salad so don't be fooled there's much more veggies than shown. My sister and friends had a philly cheese steak which smelled wonderful, I didn't try it but they didn't leave anything to try :) The fries are fresh cut and are great as well. Don't judge a book by its cover and absolutely give this place a try!

This is a place where I get regularly together with a friend of mine. They make the Cappuccino French Vanilla the way I like it (and it should be): STRONG... They have pastries, soup and things like that (they have a full breakfast and lunch menu). The exact address I'd give you is at the corner of East Silver Spring Rd. and Bay Shore Drive. There is a good size parking lot between the building where Fiddleheads is and Kohl's Department Store. Be careful because there are some spots for 20-minute parking only. The rest of the places are for you to stay as long as you need and free of charge. It is a very pleasant place, quiet and the young people that run it are very nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good quality coffee and wants to rest after shopping or working...

There's a small food menu and a large beverage menu. The food emphasizes fried, salted, or cheesed, but the kitchen does make modifications upon request. The bar advertises a variety of cocktails. There was plenty of seating, but the padded seats are either at 6 tops or high chairs.

They have a huge Cowboy bone in Fred Flinstone rib-eye they serve here that is fantastic! I like mine served with there twice baked potato, and asparagus. The area doesn't offer much for fine dining, so this would be the place to go!

Teddy's Lounge

We went to the restaurant several times to eat. The experience was that the wait staff were young and fairly inexperienced and not well trained. The staff does present and friendly and courteous. They are not well equipped for handling large parties and assigned more than a few tables at a time. The food is probably the best you will find in the are there. My suggestion is that you do your best to help the waiters give you good service. i.e. tell them early if you want water. Specifically say if you want your salad first. Be patient if your order isn't exactly as you thought. The staff are new and appear to be quick turn over. The manager is attentive and will help if you need it. The interior of this restaurant/lounge is nice, especially for that reqion. A bit noisy when the room starts to get full. I would say give it a try.

I'd never ever have stopped here if I hadn't been directed by a helpful casino employee whom I asked where I could eat frybread in town.
The place itself is... er... put it this way: not luxurious. It's rickety and just about clean.
But service came with a smile and the Indian taco was excellent, which is the reason I was there for so I was a happy camper.

Corner Cafe

More workers are needed to process orders when there are a number of buses there. I have only tried the burgers and hot dogs. The burgers taste fine, but the patties are thin and come with a thin tomato slice, a leaf of lettuce and a slice of onion. I had coupons for a free burger, can of coke, small bag of chips and an ice cream (benefits of being on a tour bus). Otherwise it would have cost $8.50 ! The one person at the counter did her best to handle long lineups of people. She took the orders, then got the burgers, chips, coke and ice cream. On day of departure it was a 20 minute wait to get lunch. There wasn’t enough seating. It opens at 11 so if you want breakfast you have to go to the breakfast buffet at the Cache
