Authentic Indian cuisine specialising in Peshawari style cooking located on Sydney Harbour, Circular Quay
Just love this place and have eaten here with a group of girlfriends for dinner and, on a few occasions, as a pre-theatre treat. They have great food options and cater extremely well for non-meat eaters and all dishes are very tasty. The staff are fabulous and always ready to answer any questions and/or offer great menu choices. They are aware of people being under a time-constraint if dining before a show and we cannot wait for our next Opera House performance and returning to the Spice Room for dinner first.Make sure you book as always very busy.

Lovely vibe when you arrive almost vivid sydney feel of colours and vibrancy, service was attentive and professional. We all shared the $60 banquet menu the highlight were the starters crisp and light balls which melt in your mouth , followed by cauliflower fried with chilli very good. The mains came out with each person receiving a platter of nann and papperdums in the centre with about 8 -10 very small tasters of curries, condiments and pickles very nicely presented. Dessert was a little dissappointing very small dumpling swimming in a clear sweet sauce. Their kitchen ventilation could be better, at one time the whole restaurant was soaked in the kitchen smells of their cooking. I came home smelling the aromas on my clothes :(Might consider coming again the food was very good.

Authentic delicious food, some very attentive Indian Waiters. Lovely Decore, love the very oversized glasses. View of the passing parade and fire station at The Cross is the best to be had. Weâre regulars, it was so lovely to meet The Restauranteur last evening whoJails from Kerala, in Southern India where weâd visited a few years back. LOVED INDIA.Parking can be tricky. However Kings Cross Parking Station is a five minute walk.
