We had lunch at the Royal when all other places were closed. Very clean restaurant, recently remodeled. Fast service and avery good selection of meals. The cost was very reasonable and you really get value for money.It seems that some days they are closed for dinner, check ahead.

But seriously do not get the sausages rolls as they taste crap and was served cold. The pie was edible but I have had better frozen pies from the supermarket. Finally 20 cents extra for skim milk in your coffee is a joke.Thanks for your comments Mick. Unfortunately we cannot please everyone everyday, but I guarantee we donât sell cold pies or sausage rolls unless cold ones are requested. Sorry our sausage rolls arenât to your palate. Yes, we charge 20c for skim, almond & soy milk, as we also are charged extra from our milk supplier compared to Full cream milk. If you were to pop into any supermarket and went to buy skim milk and full cream milk, youâd notice the skim milk is quite a bit more expensive than the full cream milk. Hence, the 20c extra, and why our customers pay extra for skim, soy and almond milk. A small price to pay for amazing coffee Have a great day Mick!

I am so tired of supporting this venue at least twice a week....over priced....poor quality. ...tonight paid $30 for a steak with 2 prawns which were inedible...no texture. ..just mushy prawns...owner says oh sorry they are out of season hence why they arent good...I say why serve them...had this scenario over and over for 12 months...give them feedback...they smile ...nothing...they mixed up my friends order tonight for the upmteenth time...she asked eventually for the 1st time for a discount of a $20+ meal...mind u my friend had to drive back to the club to fix the order...again...good ol ruby gave her a $1.20 off...gees guys...get your act together...4 stars...really ...not even close...overpriced rubbidh...dreading having to go there next week for mothers day dinner

Met up with a group of friends for dinner here on the way to the Big Red Bash. The president of the club dropped by our table to welcome us and tell us a bit about the restaurant and club itself which was a nice touch. The food was very good club fare and I couldn't fault my steak it was great. The club and restaurant is run by volunteers who do their level best to keep it running so drop in for dinner and a few drinks to help it along. The staff were all great from kitchen to bar and we had a nice chat to one of the ladies also heading to the BRB.So glad you enjoyed your visit to us and hope you had a great time at the Big Red Bash! Hope to see you back here on a Friday night when you are next over our way.

It was a delightful surprise to find this excellent place that served better coffee than most places in Newtown. Good (select) all-day breakfast range and classic lunch options as well as share options. Cool and casual environment. If I lived in Narromine I would be be a frequent visitor.
