Regularly pass through Harden-Murrumburrah and occasionally stop for a coffee. I have tried a few different ones but find the value and reliability of this coffee shop worth mentioning.Always friendly staff, and coffee good, latest trip in early January I found most others were closed.

Called into Terracotta on a Saturday recently. My partner had the Guinness Burger, while I had the Steak Sandwich. The Guinness Burger was rustic, flavoursome and juicy. The Steak Sandwich was tender and tasty. Two issues - firstly, the chips with both dishes were slightly overdone, and under-salted for our taste, and secondly, the steak sandwich was served on a hamburger bun.The place is well-presented, the knick-knacks were interesting and the service was great.

Eight of lunched in this quirky, perky spot, which seems to function as half cafe and half artisans' gallery. The business is housed in a substantial and beautifully restored older building (turns out it is was once the Murrumburrah PO). While some of our group did end up buying handicrafts - including some beautiful linen tea-towels - it was food and beverages that we were really after and the Duck didn't disappoint in that department, either. The coffee was good as were the toasties and Steak Diane pie, but the prize pick definitely went to their 'Duck Platter', which was not even listed on the blackboard menu; luckily my sister asked if they had anything with 'a bit less bread' and the platter was mentioned. They were $19 each and consisted largely of local produce: including plump olives and olive oil, and their own smoked duck and duck chorizo. They were excellent, with four of use shared two platters. See pic too.

The new owners have revamped this lovely old pub. It looks fantastic with plenty of comfy places to sit and chat. The front outdoor area is perfect to sit and relax with friends. Good choice if beers and cider on tap. Had dinner and the menu was simple but every meal was cooked well and delicious. The courtesy bus was a bonus to get picked up and dropped home. Cant wait to go again.

Had a great rump steak at the Country Club. Even though they were very busy with a big function we were served as soon a practicable and the food was excellent. My colleagues had a burger and lamb and all enjoyed their meals. Their recommendation of a small garlic pizza to share while we waited was appreciated and very tasty! Would return anytime.
