Well, i never into healthy food. But since i came to this cafe i found that its good to change lifestyle. And this healthy foods r great and yum. I just cant believe itToo many options of healthy . From wraps, smoothie bowl, salads or anything. This cafe is pretty busy during breakfast or lunch so be patient till u got ur healthy food in front of you.Now i can recomen this cafe to all friends in Australia, specially around nelson bay Newcastle. We tried this new cafe on their first day and they nailed it. The coffee is a medium roast with good strength and worthy of a second cup.The eggs were perfectly cooked on an egg and bacon roll as well as on the eggs Benedict, the young (female) chef plating up quickly and precisely on a busy day. I've been back 4 times in a week and it's been a pleasure every time.
