Food at Panarottis is always hot, fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and efficient. Menu variety is good with traditional Italian as well as other options. Kids meals also available. We were here a couple of years ago when it first opened and it was crap. Flies, cockroaches and staff sitting on the kitchen floor using their phones. Our chicken and salmon dishes were both undercooked. Even the woman behind me was complaining about her food. I told my colleague at the time and she was also telling me about her bad experience whilst out with her family.My husband refused to ever go back but I decided one night while he was out at work that I would take my daughter and give them another chance. I had the biggest hard narrow piece of plastic in my burger, seriously, no smaller than 7cm long. I told them and they offered me 50% off my dish. As if I was going to pay for that. They agreed to not charge me only after a bit of fuss. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to trying the beef brisket but the meat was tough and crispy so that burger was totally not worth it. I will never go back!!!!!!Oh, and they send me these promotional sms' and I reply stop or whatever it is they require to opt out and I get a response saying not understood (or something along those lines). At the entrance just for the weekend of relatives birthday, only looking for casual eating, but felt like mexican. Los Dos met thus description. Walked to a cheerful friendly, staff member. We sat, was handed the menu's and mention to him i have to eat gluten free, this was not and issue. I start with the trio of dips, beetroot homus, pinapple salsa and the chill with fresh made warm nacho. OMG! Tastebud over load i could of stopped there but no, i had a naked burrito yum! Rolled out of there satisfied, tipped the waiter as he made out night. Dont expect a fancy restaurant but the food was honest, good mexican.
