Some of the fish dishes were spectacular (especially the Toothfish!). Staff service is excellent. Good wine selection available. We appreciated the quiet "adult only" ambiance. Pricing is mid-high priced but you do get what you pay for.

This eponymous property has been doing it terrifically since inception. Its the premier fine dining entrepôt for a sophisticated cliffside spot that offered spectacular panoramas with the Asian influenced fare. Started with truffled mushroom wontons then went onto pane fried barra fillet with wilted kale, brown mushrooms and chili sauce. The light, dry Riesling was an excellent suggestion by the sommelier.Dear @Eli B, Thank you for your great and very kind review. We are glad that you have enjoyed your experience with us. It takes passion to serve you a great experience our every valuable guests deserves. We hope to welcome you back here at Echoes Restaurant very soon! Kindest regards, Roberto Rosete JR.

Kravings is the Hawkesburyâs outstanding licensed restaurant. Since opening as Kravings in 2002 the restaurant has won multiple awards, and continues to attract outstanding revues for its great food, served by friendly and professional attendants in a war
Do you have a Special Occasion to celebrate? Be warned that you CANNOT rely on this venue to keep your booking. We had the frost private room booked weeks and weeks ago for my mother-in laws 70th birthday celebration. We were all disgusted that our booking got cancelled on 48 hours by management before the special occasion - we got cancelled on because there was another group with higher numbers and more $$$$$ for an anniversary. The Manager Evan's attitude is "Profit and greed" over quality customer service. The venue is led by an unprofessional rude manipulative manager Evan.Fortunately I am part of a local business chambers, I will be letting ALL family, friends and business affiliates know to NEVER utilise this unreliable restaurant. You cannot rely on having a secure booking with this venue, especially led by an unprofessional Manager with such an uncaring unprofessional attitude to customer service. Fortunately we were catered elsewhere at a nearby venue run professionally where customer service care was number 1.Friends in our group who are also locals will never be returning to Kravings restaurant due to the appalling diabolical customer service treatment for such an important significant occasion.Hi john/Amanda. Thanks for posting the same rubbish for a 3rd time after the first 2 times has been removed for proving false. We had a table of 12 booked by Amanda who failed to organise pricing before 48hours and when she rang demanded that we do her $30 a head set menu with drinks included and also to have the entire restaurant to themselves for that price. kravings is a well established restaurant with Evan at the helm for 12 years. Each year evan donates $5000 to local schools, charities and community events so Iâm not sure how you can call us greedy. Thatâs great youâre part of the business chamber, we run a family restaurant and donât have much time to try and make businessâ look bad in the area like what you do at chamber gatherings

Pins on Luline's setting is a Katoomba landmark, a grand historic house built at the turn of the century. We deliver fine food with Contemporary Australian flavours and a focus on locally sourced produce. We provide an intimate, cozy and comfortable dinin
The food is great. And the wine pairing for the 5 course degustation is very reasonably priced.I just really didn't enjoy that they serve out two dishes at the same time. E.g. is had two starters in front of me and two glasses of wine. Then for the mains, they also came out at the same time. No time to clean your palette or truly enjoy the food and wine pairing. It felt very rushed. Simply can't understand why they serve like that.Would go back for the food, but would ask them at the start to slow down and serve one dish at a time.

Popped in for breakfast with half an hour before train to Sydney and stayed for 90 minutes, which could easily have been stretched further. Wonderful hearty and tasty food, dappled sunlight, welcoming staff and a playlist which chimed with the experience. Brilliant. An hour reading and drinking excellent coffee. May never return but would like to.

When we created Palette Dining, our ambition was to produce a menu that was not limited by geography or defined by a single culinary style. Modern Australian cuisine is an amalgam of cultures and styles and our food reflects & embraces that vast breadth o
On a recent trip to the Blue Mountains, after having looked at various dining options for a Saturday night in Leura and Katoomba, we noticed Palette Dining and Diner. The menu appealed as did the appearance of the venue so we had a early dinner booking. It was delight to have dinner there and Matt and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent and Matt's recommendations from the menu proved to be the right size and mix. The home made wood fired bread and chargrilled leek with current and lentils was a perfect starting point, followed by the crisp skin salmon and lamb for the mains. We were able to fit in Palette waffles for dessert as a shared meal - the portions are perfectly suited for a shared dish. Palette is a very good choice when visiting Katoomba.

This salad was beautiful, mozzarella, roasted Cherry tomatoes, crispy ham, basil and pesto. Don't underestimate the power of simple, traditional, and perfectly temperatured food. Bellasimo. Please order that. $32. My scallop tartare , i wished the scallop itself was highlighted but it was overpowered by seaweed. I wouldn't have used the pink pickled ginger either as it was way too overpowering. Enjoyed my ricotta dumplings, the fish in yoghurt was good too, but I didn't appreciate the macadamia crumb it didn't compliment the texture of the fish. Ambience was great. Service was good. Overall good. Thanks again.
