Things to do in Wyong
Stopped here on the way south on M1 and asked for two flat white coffees, they asked for the name for the order. I gave it and sat down to wait. Whilst waiting I noticed that the tables had not been cleaned down properly for a long time. After more than 20 minutes I went up and asked where the coffee was. I was told that we had had it. Whist there the 'barista' yelled "One flat white". I asked for the manager, she said we must have missed the call of my name, and despite the recent call of one flat white denied that they did anything but call the order name. A chap nearby said he had been offered two flat whites when he ordered one, and the girl said they were both his. The manager then inferred I was in collusion with this chap to rip them off. I had now waited >30mins for my coffee and that is time off the road. Manager then said that they didn't get agitated if there was a foul up, so why should I?". I will never go back. They are both incompetent and rude and the place isn't clean.

My hubby and I always enjoy the wonderful food and friendly staff at Di Matteos. Highly recommend doing thereFor either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Gina McKinnonHi Gina,Thank you, its so wonderful to hear that people think we are doing such a great job. Stella and her team try there very hardest to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience breakfast lunch or dinner. Looking forward to seeing you again, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review
Regulat here on weekends but occasionally during the week. on day off went here for breakfast had a sandwich. made quickly. tasted great. reasonable price. very fresh.
The Salvation Army Wyong Oasis Centre has a great little cafe on the corner of Hely street next to the Courthouse.Great food, great seating outside on the deck and your helping the Community! All food for the cafe is prepared onsite by the wonderful chef, Kim Kennedy, and her talented students who are completing vocational training in Kitchen Operations and Hospitality.Highly recommend the burgers, sweet potato fries and freshly made sandwiches. All profits are used back into the centre to help the community and give the unemployed experience for work and training programs.

We used to dine here for breakfast every fortnight. Fantastic coffee and a really great selection of food. Yum! THEN, they changed owners and got new staff, food terrible (burnt toast was the least of it) our final day was when the waitress (I'm sorry for this) squeezed a pimple on her face as she took or order!!! Ugh. Never, ever again.
Common Ground Wyong wraps you in a cool, slightly grand atmosphere as you enter the doorway , as if capturing it's past incarnation as a bank. However, the layering of background music, friendly and welcoming staff and the aroma of delicious food preparation invite you to take a table and just drink in the ambience of this amazing space. Our family group ranging in age from 3-adults were all very satisfied with the delicious food we enjoyed on our visit.Common Ground has a simple , healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch menu, serves Campos Coffee and a range of refreshments. The premises are licensed. Check Facebook, Instagram and website for opening hours and weekend dinner service.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We were staying in Wyong and found this place on day 3. We didn't go anywhere else for breakfast afterwards. We had a lovely breakfast everyday, they were flexible with the menu (laughing when my husband asked for a very English bacon butty) and so friendly and welcoming. Our kids (aged 9 and 6) enjoyed the pancakes with maple syrup and ice cream, and when our daughter could not eat a normal portion, they made a nice small version for her. Eggs and bacon on toast - great! Also, very good value for money - far more reasonable than the hotel we were staying in, and all cooked to order, rather than the 'warmed for hours' hotel buffet. Would highly recommend for breakfast!

Had a very enjoyable lunch at this cafe. Tucked away in an arcade. Run by a young man. Food was delicious. I had a summer salad. Lovely fresh ingredients and very tasty. Coffee was great as well.
