I love this place - as a gluten free person it's the first time I've found GF fruit + nut bread. It's not always available (changes seasonally) but get it if you can! Maybe look it up first though.

Stopped here for a quick family breakfast on Good Friday when a lot of other places were closed. We struck lucky. The service was quick and friendly. The breads are made onsite so are lovely and fresh. The granola was also extremely fresh served with yoghurt and fruit compote. A great little find.

Traveled to Melbourne, Auckland, Taupo and Manly Beach. After a long day of travel we happened upon Belgrave Cartel. The food and service was outstanding. The staff was the best of the trip. If you are in Manly Beach make Belgrave your first stop.Hi,This is so great to hear, thanks so much for taking the time out to write a review and for coming by our place. Brought 2 friends here based on reviews. Absolutely spot on reviews - the food, the service and the staff were great. Service was brilliant, friendly, available but unobtrusive.Three middle-aged women enjoyed a lunch of roast cauliflower salad, a leo bagel and a shakshuka with a fresh juice. The vegetarian of our trio was particularly impressed she had a number of menu options, and not just the usual nod to vegetarianism. We left happy but extremely full due to the generous servings. I love it when you visit a place with great reviews to find they are true!

We stopped here for lunch on a busy Sunday when the Rocks Markets were on. There was a lot of selection and we enjoyed our sandwich and wrap and people watching. Found the prices to be great, and it was quite busy. Most don't stay long though so a table will open up.You seat yourself and order and pay at the counter and then they bring food to you.

The food is excellent here. We have been a few times and it is consistent. The coffee is also good. The price is okay for airport standard. I visited Cafe De France in Coogee with my partner in April 2019 based on a recommendation from a lady who worked in both this cafe and another one on Coogee Bay road. The restaurant is on a back street and there are both seats outside on the street and within the restaurant. Myself and my partner both ordered the Croque-Monsieur, which the restaurant prides itself for being the the best in the world. Unfortunately, we found it to be a little bland and average at best. The waitress was a little turse, too; not very friendly when taking our order or serving us!

This eggs Benedict is just perfectly done. You order an eggs Benedict and you get an eggs Benedict, as it should be. Excellent hollandaise, precision in the poaching, a real English muffin, no funny jawbreaker breads, no salads or slaws, no fusion, no Asian spices or seeds, no flowers and NO CORIANDER! Gorgeous staff, I'm ready to go back anytime.
