Had breakfast with 6 friends at Jimmy's today. Before all had arrived, four orders for drinks against one table number (#28) was placed and it was served quite promptly. When all had arrived and decided what to have, we placed four new orders for food against another table number (#30). Not long after that, order 3 and 4 were served to the table. After a long wait and one enquiry, order 1 and 2 were served but so slow that our first served friends had well finished their meals. Now, no one can improve unless you let them know, so after having finished my meal, I went in to ask why it had taken so long to serve the meals that were ordered first. A simple reason and an apology would have been fine but instead, without checking the register, the staff member disputed the order of the orders placed and with quite an attitude said "What would you like me to do about it???". I suggested better service next time but that will not be a next time. Previous time I was there, they served lukewarm water for a cup of tea for my mother-in-law and when we told them, we had the same "don't-care" response. James, time for a staff meeting!!!!(table numbers provided for your reference)Hi Olla,Firstly, we apologise for the time it has taken us to respond to you.Secondly we would like to extend an apology for what appears to be an ordinary experience with us at our West Gosford cafe.As you mentioned, we always aim to improve and we wont know unless we are provided feedback. The response to your feedback was not acceptable and we will be having a meeting with the team from the cafe to discuss this. It is a shame that one two occasions you have been less than impressed, we do trust you can find time to give us another chance, we would be happy to have you in for coffee on us to show you we really can make great coffee matched by great service.Kind regards,

I had eaten here on a number of occasions whilst working close by. So on a whim I suggested we go for a lunch date with friends. We were greeted when we arrived and seated, staff are friendly and relaxed. A simple but cosy atmosphere space used to best advantage with both inside and outside dining.Orders taken and our food served within 15 minutes. The coffee is Campos and is always fantastic. They do an all day breakfast, with a varied variety of hot & cold dishes, Wraps, sandwiches and Burgers with daily specials, Soup of the day, Pasta and cakes. The burgers are delicious and made the Australian way with bacon and cheese. All meals are served with generous portions.Well worth the experience, we returned 2 weeks later and received the same great food and service.Recommended.

Great for a quick lunch or brunch staff friendly and really good fresh food. In the heart of Gosford so easy access for a shopping break to recharge those batteries and not far from the Imperial Centre. Another good thing staff efficient didn't wait too long for meal.

Hidden behind tinted windows I was glad TripAdvisor reminded me about this little gem. Itâs nice to have table service and delightful looking out on the mall and Kibble park beyond. The Mediterranean omelette was good and generous though unadorned with any garnish or salad. No chai tea available but happy to make my chai tea latte on almond milk when I supplied the teabags. Fresh contemporary decor.

The food here is 10/10. We eat breakfast here regularly and we have never had a bad meal or coffee. Everything is always amazing. The wait staff are so lovely and always welcoming and accommodating especially towards our toddler. They have high chairs and baby chinos and a heap of kid-friendly food. The raspberry and coconut bread is so delicious (it is not your basic banana bread so don't scoff your nose at it) and also pancakes very generous serves and very tasty.

Gosford is finally starting to showcase some great eateries and bars (Pinocchios, Reviver and Farenheit cases in point) and now a new star.Sister of Ministry of Wyoming, MESA is located in East Gosford and in addition to weekday cafe offering great coffee, pastries and lunch, opens Friday and Saturday for dinnerA small menu but offering Italian, Middle East and Japanese inspired fare. A great example of a place with less options but everything done very well. Arancini was flavourful but light and the Japanese fried chicken a standout. Pasta and Pide are main course options and both pasta dishes we tried were great and not too saucy. Desserts were some of the best Iâve had in a long time. Semifredo was divine with brûlée peaches and a small cinnamon flavoured meringue that I could eat a bag full of. The snickers inspired dessert was bliss and not too sweet nor heavy. A must and a good share if full after the mains. The cocktails are excellent and not run of the mill.Pricing is very reasonable for the quality. Service excellent and Jared is the perfect host. A really relaxed atmosphere and somewhere we will definitely return to Very highly recommended

Although I was being written out a ticket I made it to the parking inspector before he finished the ticket and he let me move my car with out any hassle. All in all a great morning

Pinocchios Wine Bar has the largest range of wines by the glass options in the region, with over 60 bottles served by the glass. Our menu offers Authentic Italian hand stretched pizza and Italian Anti Pasti plates which is the perfect menu for sharing bet
Located in the heart of the Gosford CBD.James and his staff are wonderful and the food was well prepared and presented. Extremely accommodating, friendly and a great atmosphere. Inside/outside dining. The pizza I had was the best I have had since travelling in Italy. Now that the Council has employed security in Kibble Park the undesirables have move on.

I chose Hunter Valley salad plus chicken: consisting of spinach, broccoli, avocado, feta, cheese, crazins, sunflower seeds, blueberries with blueberry poppyseed ranch dressing plus optional chicken: wow! Sensational range of tastes and very satisfying. A quirky and cosy little cafe where you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The owner was at the forefront and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
