Casual relaxed dining with a sense of elegance to the service, high quality food for the âfoodieâ to enjoy
Had a lovely family dinner here. The service was amazing and the food is as good if not better than the fantastic restaurant that it replaced. The small menu allowed the chef Wayne to focus on doing great food well - which was executed perfectly. The wine list was good and our selections were beautiful. The scallops were great and the chowder one of the best Iâve had. The steak & Duck looked great too. A call out to the manager for being so personable and taking the time to converse with the guests. An excellent evening, affordably priced.

Featured as one of Australia's top seafood restaurants by Australian Good Food Guide. Offering the freshest oysters from our own Wheeler's Oyster Farm - for takeaway oyster sales (closed or opened) as well as dining. Situated in a leafy coastal bush setti
We visited wheelers for lunch after an oyster tour. Both the food and tour were sensational and the service was also very attentive and pleasant. The oysters were a must but the grilled fish, gnocchi and the starter panini were all delicious without being too much. The tour was informative and gave me a new appreciation of how difficult it is to farm oysters and how time intensive it all is. I would highly recommend a visit. If the restaurant is not your thing there is also a cafe and take away plates of oysters are available to purchase.

We came to the Dragon Lake as we thought it was a Chinese Restaurant we had eaten at a number of years ago however we arrived to find that it wasn't . However we decided to try it . We were pointed to a table and sat down by the front Window which has a view to the Lake entrance although you are at street level . We ordered a Bottle of Wine and both ordered Combination Dishes , mine was with Mushrooms , My Wife's was with Sweet & Sour Sauce and a small Fried Rice to Share . The Wine arrived immediately followed within a couple of Minutes by our Food ? Great service ??We began our Meals and immediately noticed the flavours or Lack of it . The Fried Rice was totally devoid of Taste . We improved it some what by adding some Soy Sauce .My Wife's Sweet & Sour was almost Tasteless and the Carrots & Brocolli were Raw.My Mushrooms were Chinese dried Mushrooms were reconstituted but they had not removed the excess water before cooking so they were full of water . My Carrots and Brocolli were also Raw . Also every thing had a strange taste (Stewed) like it had been heated in a Microwave . That would explain how the food was on the Table within a couple of Minutes of ordering it. It could not have been cooked fresh .We did eat some of it but we both left a large portion each . The Waitress when she removed our Dishes did not ask us if we had enjoyed our Meals , It was obvious we had Not. The Prices are Not Cheap and If you want a Good Chinese go to the RSL Club .We will Not be Back

A family friendly cafe, offering a wide range of meals and drinks. Trendy and cosy Opening soon for dinner and cocktails!
Enjoyed breakfast with family and friends sitting on the deck while the kids had a play on the playground. Pancakes were nice although needed more fruit with them for the price for them. Had a banana smoothie and all I could taste was cinnamon. Needed more banana and honey. Was still nice though.

Club Sapphire Merimbula has an inviting combination of sophisticated dining, three relaxing leisure lounge areas, exciting programmes of auditorium entertainment, spacious function rooms for wedding receptions and conferencing, a complete health and fitne
Visited on a Saturday night, very busy, very noisy, staff rushed and attempted to display a calmness but wasnât working. Big group of young males celebrating something but very loud and using inappropriate language for a âfamily friendly restoâ, meals deep fried something, very bland. Wouldnât bother going, itâs a cheep feed on par with the Golden Arches except less private, more expensive, slower service and the food isnât great. Go spend a couple of dollars more and go to one of the many specialty restos in town!!You're right in that we had a very, very busy night. Our Members Draw had reached $10,000 and we had a sellout and very successful fundraiser for the Cancer Council of NSW. It is disappointing to hear how just a few can make a night out less enjoyable in a family friendly setting. I can only hope that you brought your complaints to the attention of our staff on the night so that they could have been responded to and acted on quickly.Regardless, we are sorry and disappointed to hear of your unsatisfactory experience which is totally out of character with the regular feedback we receive. Our CEO would like to talk to you about your feedback to gain a better understanding of your experience so we can ensure it does not happen again. If you are happy to help us with this please contact our CEO on 64951306. Thank you for your feedback.

Award winning breakfasts, idyllic location!
A good view with good and bad food. I had squid salad which was very good with fresh ingredients such as tomatoes beans squid vermacelle nuts. Wife had Buddha lunch thing. Corn was old and not nice. Pumpkin had no flavour and was pretty average in presentation. Overall would go again. Well priced and good service.

Dropped in for arvo tea. Great choice of cakes and meals available to enjoy. Licensed premises so thereâs a good selection of wines and beers along with coffees and teas. Staff friendly and service was efficient. Wonderful location based at the ocean jetty with views back to Pambula and Merimbula. Worth a visit.

Dulcie's Cottage is a bar that is set in a 1925 weatherboard cottage on Merimbula Main Street. The kitchen offers a cool, concise menu of local oysters and American-style burgers, all of which are prepared in a restored 1950's caravan that sits in the bar
Had the dulcie burger and others had the chicken burger. Both were excellent, up there with the best burgers Iâve had. Just think $100 is a bit much for 3 burgers and 3 drinks. Its worth a visit though and Iâd definitely go back next time Iâm in town.
