This was recommended by several folks but it is very poor. The best that can be said is that it is food with a hint of Chinese but it takes a while to get the hint. We had been looking forward to having a Chinese meal having endured standard American fare as we passed through the Bahamas but this was hugely disappointing and we would have been better sticking with cracked conch and fries at a local stall.

We went there for dinner. Our waiter was Rollington and he was absolutely wonderful. Again exuded the Bahamian charm and hospitality. The food was quite very ordinary for the price. Also, with the restaurant front doors open, smoke from the casino floor seeped in, which was very unpleasant. Had it not been for Rollington, this review would have a 3 star.

The design of the restaurant is one out of a magazine very posh and upscale. The food: It was not the best but i do love the wide variety and different international cuisines they offer. However, Iâve been their twice to see if it would improve but they are still lacking in adequate seasoning. I must commend them on their presentation of their food that beautifully laid out. The staff: The waiters were very pleasant and easy going. Nonetheless they could use a lot of training in regards to dining etiquette. The sushi: The sushi was great especially the latitudes roll The bar: The bar is very chic. The mixologist that they have at the bar is whatâs really impressive. They made drinks that were not only unique but very very delicious.Recommendations: 1) The carrot cake is a must probably the most delicious thing they have on the menu2) The teppanyaki station is a dining experience thatâs a must. But everything is just drowned in soy sauce, salt and pepper. 3) For sweet wine lovers they have a very delicious bottle of moscato dâAsti

This restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food and drinks. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is ok - staff seem more interested in speaking to each other than serving. It appears they like to keep people standing out the front of the restaurant to make it seem busier than it was. We were kept waiting 20 minutes out the front of the restaurant one night, along with many other guests, and when we were eventually seated, we saw the restaurant was probably only 60% full. Food and drinks expensive.

Shima is an Asian fusion restaurant located in the West of New Providence, in Nassau. I recommend dinner at Shima. They have the best view of Nassau, the staff is super friendly, and they offer a variety of excellent food including sushis, curries, and other starters and entrées. Totally recommended! Itâs a romantic spot, but also great for family.

Summer Palace vision is to provide high quality, gourmet Chinese dining experience through a unique and intimate atmosphere in the heart of Downtown Nassau.
Bosslady and I had dinner for the 2nd time this week at this great restaurant. Besides a very comprehensie menu (sushi, dimsum and al kind of Chinese/Asian specialties) and great food we enjoyed the great hospitality of Marrissa and the excellent service of Tatyana and Edson. This restaurant is next to the Hilton hotel so easy to find but due to the tasty meals hard to leave! In short: recommended! Thank you so much for your kind comments , We hope that we will meet you again soon .Kind Regards,

We were looking for an alternative to the extortionate prices in the grand Hyatt and found this place online. An unassuming venue with some of the friendliest service to be found. Unfortunately the food does not quite live up to the level of service. This place definitely offers quantity over quality with huge portions of mediocre food. Much of our meal ended up being wasted. I guess one cant expect top notch Chinese food in the Bahamas but still this place did not live up to expectations. Nevertheless friendly and welcoming service was nice to see.
