Worst customer service EVER! And this was from one of the owners. They missed my online order. I called after an hour of and asked them to cancel the order since they had not even started to make it and was hung up on. Went to the restaurant and spoke with the woman who was even ruder in person. Definitely not worth eating there.

Ordered a pizza and 2 drinks to be delivered to my room. It was brought promptly, but driver forgot to bring the drinks. He apologized and then remembered that they were out of what I ordered anyway. He left, went to nearby convenience store, bought the drinks with his own money, and was back within minutes with the rest of my order.Mistakes will happen, but he fixed it in a quick, professional manner with a good attitude. That's 5 star service. Much appreciated.

Ordered the new Bacon square Pizza for the first time and I would suggest that you ask them to cook it for 5 minutes more. The edges were cooked nicely, but the center was still soft and not well cooked. I live 1 1/2 hrs from Roswell, so I could not take it back. The taste is there, but I think because of the size of the pizza it needs to be cooked a bit longer.Also, the customer service was not very good there. We did get greeted when we walked in, but then we waited about 20 minutes before I had to ask if our order was done, then I had to break a conversation between employees to get napkins.Staff, managers may need to re-evaluate customer service policies.

PJâs does not deliver to my home, so whenever I get the chance to have it...I order it. After a long day of driving, we stopped in Roswell for the night. Our pizza arrived cold, missing two of the four drinks and our wing order was just wrong. Plus, the garlic sauce that usually comes with every pizza was not there. So disappointed.

Our party of 5 stopped by this restaurant quite by accident. My nine year old had been whining about eating pizza since Old Orchard Beach and to shut him up, we stopped by for the 5.99$ lunch buffet. I had been disappointed by this buffet in the past but I figured that I'd find something. To my surprise, everything in the buffet was enjoyable. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I think this will become a regular stop on our trek to the beach! Great job, guys!!!!

During several of my stays in Roswell, NM, I have gone online and ordered delivery from this location. Domino's has definitely improved their food and service. The food has always arrived in almost record, time, properly prepared and hot! I will order from this location again.

we ordered the special. Large original crust with seven toppings. The Werx It took a reasonable time to make and cook the pizza which was 25 minutes. Some of the green peppers were the size of half dollars. Some strips of green peppers were a half inch wide by 4 inches. Needless to say the peppers weren't cooked enough. I have eaten the pizza at this franchise in the Rio Grande Valley of TX and it was good. Based on tonight's experience I won't eat at a Peter Piper Pizza restaurant again. The booth we sat at still have flakes of pizza flakes on table and seat. The table also had some grease smudges.

OK, I never review something like this, because I figure, it is pretty standard. Well, this warranted me changing my mind. We ordered pizza to be delivered to the hotel (we were at the Fairfield Inn about a mile down the road). The pizza arrived about 30/35 minutes later, it was still piping hot, the crust still crispy, and the flavor was wonderful. I gave up getting any of that from delivered pizza a long time ago, so I was very surprised and very pleased. The deliver guy was neatly dressed and groomed, and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this location.
