Aqua Reef is a delight. It's so refreshing to find sushi of ths quality in the desert SW. The bento boxes are delicious, and its difficult to pass up the pecan encrusted chicken katsu. Wonderful wait-staff and management, too. Dear DesertDeb48, We thank you for such kind words! We are glad you had a great experience; we look forward to serving you soon!

We've eaten here a few times. The Japanese food-sashimi, negiri, and rolls are excellent. The wait staff and chefs are from California, China, and Las Cruces. They have a large selection of items to choose from which are from my experience all very good to excellent. They serve wine and beer (including Asian beers). The only problem I've had is that they have tepenyaki grills in the back of restaurant which can be loud as they clang the grill or the group cheers on the chef. The price is right and the food is truly very good.

The food here is the best I have ever had. It's not just the bentos that are amazing but the curry as well. But, my favorite is definitely the Ginger Beef Bento! It makes my mouth water just thinking about it! The waiter is also really friendly, and attentive; I doesn't take any of them more than five minutes, usually, to fill up our drinks. It's a little dark in there, but I think it's nice, and mostly quite, as it isn't busy when I go.
