It was tough to find a restaurant in Old Town open on a Sunday evening so we stopped by High Noon without a reservation. There was a thirty minute wait even though many tables were open due to a "small kitchen." The menu was small and the prices were high but the ambiance was special. The food was OK and the wait staff friendly

Monday to Friday 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. expect delicious appetizers at surprising prices, along with some select drinks in the upstairs bar and balcony. I dropped in at 4:15. Loads of friendly, attentive staff and fast service. Easy parking in their free garage. The upstairs is somewhat upscale, great after a hard day in the office.

Almost every single item on the menu can be made into a gluten-free option very easily. My hubby had sliders that he absolutely loved with delicious green chili fries. My choice was NM tacos - 3 tacos that one could cheese different fillings. All, with red chili brisket, green chili chicken and spicy shrimp, were delicious. Will be returning for more! The service was attentive, the restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and the restrooms were clean.
