After driving all day, we stopped for an early dinner. Staff were trying to seat us on a side of the restaurant that was getting direct sun and glare and we asked for another seat and specifically a table, as we both have mobility issues and booths are difficult to sometimes slide into. We got the impression we were inconveniencing them. We did get a table without glare. Food was relatively slow, they were not busy, but came out hot, though it seems no wait staff any more can remember who gets what - we were each given the wrong meal and swapped ourselves. If I go to a restaurant, I expect the server to give me a bill not expect me to use some electronic screen they have placed on the table.

Full service diner serving breakfast and lunch. We are a family owned and operated establishment. We have been in business since 1963.
We were visiting Farmington, NM and enjoyed awesome breakfast omelets at TJâs DINER on East Main Street. My wife ordered the 4-egg Kitchen Sink Omelet with extra green chile sauce on top, and I too ordered the Kitchen Sink Omelet but without the bell pepper. Both omelets were absolutely DELICIOUS! And, service was outstanding! We can hardly wait to come back and try some of their other breakfast offerings. Very highly recommended.

Aside from the mixed veggies that come with the chicken tenders meal. Iâd have to say this place is very tasty! The curly fries are always freshly made and the tenders are cooked perfectly. The chocolate cake and banana split are massive! Two people on a date night can share dessert here. We usually let the kids have at it before we scrape the bottom of the bowl for ourselves. BUT the pie is a hit or miss. For some reason it tastes... like onions... I canât describe it. But theyâll replace it if you have a funky one.

We had an early breakfast here before leaving Farmington. We'd never eaten at a Village Inn and thought we'd give it a try as it was right next to our hotel.Ryan(?), or server, was the high point of our visit. She was cheery and informative. But it was all downhill from there. I ordered a waffle, scrambled egg and sausage and my husband had the VIB with eggs, bacon and pancakes with a side of oatmeal. Now, when we were there, there were no more 5 or 6 people scattered around. So the cooks shouldn't have been overburdened. But when our food arrived, absolutely nothing was more than lukewarm. The "butter" and I use the term loosely, wouldn't melt even a little on either my waffle or my husband's pancakes. If we'd had time, we'd have sent everything back. My husband's oatmeal was cooler than room temperature. If the'd added milk to it, it would have been cold.Sorry, but this place is a complete miss. Yuck...

Best little diner in Farmington. Have been a customer of Spare Rib for over 20 years. Love their meats: brisket, chicken, pork. Owners are great supporters of events in Farmington. Cater many events. Just a wonderful place to go. Did I mention fried okra?? Go there for lunch or dinner. Take out also available.

Lively chain restaurant but one of the best. All the food was very good. A bonus was the free peanuts and the good hot rolls with their special cinnamon butter. Fresh salads in chilled bowls a very nice touch along with the great dressings. Mains were very good and the other sides also very good. Exceptional service by Caitey! Afterwards I had to seek out her manager to say they should promote her and have her train all the servers. All in all a great dinner wishing that we were staying in town longer so that we could come back. Highly recommended!

This eatery was recommended by our B&B and it lived up to that recommendation. We went for dinner. The assortment of beers was impressive and we got tastes so that we could choose. The whiskey beef was superb. The atmosphere was eclectic and very friendly. I will go there again.
