I've been going here for years, and the food is great. If I just want quick take-out chinese food this is my place. Food is always great, and ready very quickly. They now take credit cards as well which is nice.

About once a year I try someplace new, and regret it. This place is a hole in the wall, but is always consistent and good. They will customize the heat on dishes upon request. They have a spicy tofu & vegetables, that we love. Also, best Moo Shoo I've had in years! Ask for extra pancakes & plum sauce (4 is never enough). You CAN eat here - they have a couple of tables, but you really should take & go home or to the park across the street.

China Pavilion is a Chinese restaurant that works hard to fulfill its customers' expectations. It is primarily a takeout and delivery place; although it has dine in tables, there are only a few. The food quality is quite good and the staff works hard to fill orders quickly. Try the moo shoo shrimp or chicken chow mein and you will be very delighted. Many other dishes are available too but I tend to eat the same dishes generally.

This restaurant has the most delicious Chinese food. The menu is quite extensive offering traditional chinese meals. Our waiter even wrote on his order pad in chinese as we were ordering.
This isn't New York City authentic style Chinese food, so don't expect that. It's also just average for local New Jersey Chinese food, but the prices are low and the people are friendly. The sit-down area is often empty, but take out service is usually quite busy.
We usually get take out from this place. I like that you can place your order online and it's very easy. We usually get the same thing....boneless ribs, chicken lo mein, spring rolls and soup. The chicken lo mein is pretty good...The soup had no taste so I had to add hot oil to it.

WE dined at their sister restaurant in Creekill for may years unil we tired o it. Tried the place in Westwood and it as a refreshing change. The decor is slick modern, the crowd is mature, the noise level is tolerable. The food is very good, the service is friendly and efficient, the menu varied an imaginative....no your average chicken chow mein joint. Also, it's a BYO which is always a plus. $60-75 per couple should cover your tab.
