So the worst part is that its impossible to decide what kind. The best part is that every variety seems to be tasty. I can testify having tried multiple kinds. Many cupcakes these days look a lot better than they taste. These on the other hand will not disappoint. I am not sure of the hours- we stopped in right before lunch (mistake HAH.)The owner/baker is a joy to talk to, and really enjoys her work. She baked out of her mothers kitchen for years before opening this cute little store.

Local fare with French flair. Naturally leavened breads, viennoiseries and pâtisseries in the heart of Montclair, NJ.
Where else in Montclair can you take French people and not have them complain?? Here! We enjoyed the sandwiches, macarons (amazing!) and great espresso. They also have some specialty French foods for sale (like my favorite mustard!) Don't miss the almond croissants either...heavenly.

Lucky to have this location in the neighborhood. Large, clean, the best helpful staff and marvelous selections available. Great bakery with assorted hard to find scones. Amazing breads. Try any, but raisin walnut is a sellout winner. From fresh cooked international foods to rich creamy Mac n cheese, you can find anything to your liking here. Loads of parking.
Manhattan bagels are fresh-baked in store every day the classic NY-style way - boiled and baked with love.
Manhattan Bagel has fantastic breakfast sandwiches (they can also make the bagels "skinny" for these sandwiches!) and easy food to go. They also do a great job with boxes of coffee and large orders for groups. Extremely convenient and delicious!

Montclair is known for its restaurants and The Corner holds its own against some stiff competition. Excellent baked eggs (kind of huevos rancheros-y), avocado toast (I toast the millennials for making this A Thing), chicken sausage, pastries, fresh juices. On top of that, great vibe and excellent service. Often crowded, but worth the wait and tables turn over fairly quickly. I have not been for lunch yet but plan to go back soon for that experience. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful and there are plenty of choices for picky eaters, foodies, vegans/vegetarians, gluten free folks, and piggies like me that eat it all.

We are a Bakery/Restaurant serving fresh baked items as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner. We are open Tuesday through Sunday and we serve dinner every Friday & Saturday 5-9 pm. BYOB You can see all our menus on our website at Anthony's Cheesecake.
Anthony's Cheesecake is a cozy little restaurant on Washington St. In Bloomfield. The Entrees and appetizers are what you could call creative. They served "Irish Nachos" on St. Patrick's day. On other days they will have dishes that are a flair up and above the usual fare. Anthony and his staff are very personable. This is becoming a Bloomfield Institution. BYOB but they take good care of you. There is parking in a lot just a few feet around the corner. Easy to get to.
