Great food and fabulous deals on weekday lunch. I must say though Iâve been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and the service was always excellent but not so much this time. Maybe because they have new owners they havenât staffed up yet which I hope they do by the next time we go. After all there is a myriad of good Spanish restaurants in the area so you always want to put your best foot forward. Good luck to them. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! Our 'foodie" friend came in from Denver to host a family dinner for us...I narrowed selection to 12 Islands and some other local Itakian eatieries and decided on 12 Islands....best decision ever...I had made reservations early in week and wait staff was incredibly comprehensive in descriptions of specials and menu entrees...The grilled octopus was soo tender and lightly dressed...we had 2 millinenials who swore they would never taste savor it...daughter had greek chicken with pasta thet was a winner and lunch today, son had gyro incedible portion...2 of us had seafood with pasta and white sauce which was incredible but the utimate winner was the grilled seafood platter with lemon potatoes. Crisp clean Greek wine...It was indeed a special meal ...wanted dessert but we wew all too full...host said later we should have taken baklava to go...Truly a hidden pleasure that I want to rediscover with friends in the future. Thank You for everything!!!

All I can say is that every time I have an out of town guest I take them to Limani and they are so impressed. They waiter, Alejandro is my favorite although everyone is so friendly and professional. Just be prepared to over eat as you will want to get an appetizer and entre and taste and share with your family and friends. The fish is so fresh and cooked to perfection!! And even better, it's byob and if you forgot to bring there is a wine store that delivers :) Just please don't take up all of the reservations for the next year!!

Came here for my cousin's baby shower. About 60 people sat at four tables. Festive atmosphere. App course (served family style) was yummy...fried calamari, spicy cauliflower (to die for), short ribs and shrimp in a delectable sauce. Main course entree choices were salmon, chicken or pasta. All large portions. Pasta with a creamy veggie sauce was cooked perfectly. Broiled chicken was excellent and salmon was fresh and tasty. Desserts were served family style...blueberry cheesecake, bread pudding and chocolate lava cake. All scrumptious. Servers were friendly and attentive. Free parking behind building. Would love to come back for dinner. Great for a girls night out or friends get together. Even a date night.

We are new to the area and booked this restaurant for Fatherâs Day lunch. It turned out to be brunch only, no ordering off a menu, just buffet. It could have been a good buffet, maybe it was before our 12:45 reservation. There were long lines and it was an unorganized mess. Empty platters, no rolls/bread (never replenished), all seafood picked over and not rotated out with fresh items put in, etc... We tried the carving station for beef but found the server unable to communicate in English to give us our preferred type of cut. Other patrons tried to ask questions about sauces or type of meats at station and they were also unable to communicate with the carving station server. At the dessert stage, a long line snaked around but it was mostly empty cake platters (again, not replenished) and sliced fruit.This restaurant has good reviews as a steakhouse, so we will try again. However, the brunch buffet is a disappointment, poorly managed and best given a pass,Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to learn that the service was lacking on your recent visit, there is no valid excuse.
