Can't say enough how bad this food is. I think there are teenagers cooking in the kitchen. The food is like microwaved slop and they don't even try to improve it. Its a shame because the music/bands are great but don't go hungry.

Love Medford and love Medford Lakes area. We go there often. We went here for a nice outside lunch. The service was good but the steak we ordered was so overcooked and tasteless. The table next to us had at least 6 kids running around, jumping on tree branches and screaming. It was awful. Parents could care less what the kids were doing. Anyway, the waitress was very nice but when the food came out it was just too overcooked. By this time we just barely ate and left. The place could be better if the management would enforce the signs that are all over the patio area.

Happened to call on reopening day. Enjoyed great martinis at the bar and a wonderful dinner. Didn't get a chance to eat here the first go-around, but thrilled with this version of Jackson Stokes. Met Luciano Lamberti who stopped by our table to check on us - great guy! Staff was very attentive and really wanted to make our experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This is the local restaurant that we frequent most often. It is close by, every meal that we have ever had has been good, and they have great specials. On Monday-Wednesday in the winter the special is soup, salad, plus any entree on the menu for 2 people for $35.99. The other night I had the surf and turf (and I am not a big meat eater but love their filet) while my husband had his favorite, the Osso buco, with the soup and salad for a total of $36. They also often have Groupons (not usable with specials). The only occasional downside is when the bar is busy (especially in the warmer weather when it is full of golfers on the 19th hole), it can be noisy.

Lots of good reviews on this place! My husband and I took our elderly father in law here, at his request. Off the beaten path, for sure, but a pretty drive. We ate lunch at 2:00 on a weekday, so no crowd. Only two other tables of patrons. Service was very friendly and drinks came quickly, but food took a long time... much longer than we expected for hot sandwiches to be prepared. Drinks were good (bloody Maryâs and a gin and tonic). Veg/barley soup was a little bland, but red pepper/crab soup was terrific! Surprising combo of flavor and delicious. It was a special, so not always available. Cheeseburger was a little dry, cooked more than I requested, and sort of flat... not juicy. Open-faced Reuben also looked a little flat... not showy, but I did not get a taste. Father in law was happy with it. My husbandâs prime rib sandwich, served as a French dip, looked amazing and he said it was equally tasty. He did not offer a taste either and he ate every morsel! French fries were good. So... will we go back for lunch again? Probably yes. But really not sure what to order next time. Prime rib sandwiches for everyone? Or keep experimenting? Elegant decor, clean, great soundtrack of 1950âs and 60âs Italian crooners!
