Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. This restaurant came recommended by a friend. The food and drinks were very good. Our server was Madeline and when asked for suggestions, hers were on point. The drinks were a lot bigger than expected and the was a welcomed surprise. Even if you stop in for appetizers, it is worth the trip.Hello, we are pleased to hear that Madeline was able to make your dining experience wonderful and that you enjoyed your drink choices. Give me a relaxed welcoming environment serving great food over a uptight fancy pants restaurant serving overpriced food every time. Star Pizzeria did not disappoint. Here I will say that it's everything that makes it great. The chill bar with lots of tables, tv's, locals, cheap beer, and good food. We ordered a plain and pepporni pizza. The pizza was crispy, cheesy, and tasty. It was good in a thin crust bar style pizza is good. Would I go back just for the pizza? Probably not but if someone wants good food, cheap drinks, and a casual atmosphere. Star Tavern is a great spot.

Despite it's obscure exterior, the inside decor is fantastic. Don't pass it by. They have a broad selection of rotating craft beers but their weekend brunch Bloody Mary's are my personal favorite. They are spicy and addictive. Their food is creative and has never disappointed me and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend it for brunch on Saturday and Sunday or for a trendy evening if you want to impress someone.

This was my 2nd visit and it didn't disappoint. However this was the first time I went on a Saturday night. The place was packed and it was difficult to navigate with all of the people. But they have a great DJ and the vibe is on 10. So if you're looking for a bar that's popping with good food and a variety of music, then this is definitely the spot for you.
