Somewhat delicious fast food Mexican but handy new Taco Bell opened up recently. Clean space with drive thru window. Need more registers as there is always a line waiting to order and to get food. Space inside restaurant is small.

Getting food at Moeâs is always good, but this location has gone through management changes that has effected its service. The line is always slow now, the change over of employees is continuous and the management style doesnât add anything to the overall experience. And, ordering on line, which was good at the start, is now questionable. Other Moeâs have much better quality than this location.

We stopped in around 10:15 on Wednesday night, which turned out to be a mistake. Service was poor and although the restaurant was not busy, it took a long time to get our order. Our waiter seemed to be more interested in carrying on a conversation with the bartender rather than waiting on us. Simply not impressed.

Authentic Mexican food is what is served at Mexican Mariachi Grill, 3100 Quakerbridge Rd, Hamilton Township, NJ. You must decide if authentic food is better food. I have to say that the food is reminiscent of Mexican food that Iâve eaten in the southwest. I had the special chorizo quesadilla which had Oaxaca or some other Mexican cheese that was chewy with a different taste than the Monterey Jack or cheddar that other local places use. My wifeâs enchiladas had the same cheese and a unique sauce which overpowered the taste of everything else. They have tortilla chips that are thick as pita chips to use as a vessel to savor their home made salsa. The mild tomatillo sauce was a little too bland for me. The medium sauce had a lot more going on.The building itself is located in a strip of stores. There is a large lot for parking. You can eat in or take out. If you stay you will notice that the galley kitchen is blocked from view by frosted glass. The tables are basic and the décor is Mexican. The ceiling is full of water damage just like an old Mexican cantina with a leaky roof. Maybe thatâs being a little too authentic. I will return and I think you should give Mexican Mariachi Grill a try.
Excellent addition to the Route 33 corridor in Hamilton! My Quate is a family run Mexican restaurant that has taken over F.D. Subs former location. The interior has undergone a complete makeover, complete with bright colorful walls and custom-decorated chairs. I went in on Friday night for a take-out dinner and found every table in the place occupied, a good sign. While I was at the register waiting to complete my order, I was speaking briefly was a couple who was making their third trip to My Quate, an even better sign given the fact that it has only been open a few weeks. My wife had the shredded chicken enchiladas and I opted for the chorizo stuffed poblano pepper. The enchiladas were perfect, stuffed with a generous portion of perfectly marinated chicken and topped with a tasty salsa verde and queso fresco. As delicious as the enchiladas were, the stuffed poblano was even better. The pepper was absolutely packed to capacity with crumbled chorizo and cheese, lightly coated in egg batter and topped with some sort of red sauce that complimented the flavor amazingly. Both dishes came with ample sides of rice and beans (black or refried). We both finished our meal with the best rendition of Tres Leches that I have found in the area. My Quate is the kind of establishment any community would be lucky to have. I truly wish them well, because not only is the food delicious, but every member of the family was courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The menu is huge, and I look forward to many return trips to sample all of the choices. ¡Bienvenido a Hamilton, My Quate, y buena suerte!
