The family loved the surf taco. Kids loved the soda machine that has 500 different flavors of soda and juice. Taco salad was perfect. Everything seem to cooked fresh. Kids had the kids meal taco and chips. It's better than Taco Bell.. Not sure if it's authentic didn't see any cans or jars of salsa .. Looked fresh made

The food is ok but higher priced and not quite as good as similar restaurants in the area. You have to pay extra for chips and salsa (uncommon) and they also sneak in extra charges without telling you ahead time. Today they offered me a little Shriracha hot sauce on my burrito. I checked my receipt later and found a $0.50 charge for hot sauce! Not the first time they have slipped extra charges in either.

My wife and I really love Mexican food. We decided to try Cielito Lindo. It was a big mistake. Our food was horrible and neither of us ate it. As we payed our bill we told the server we would not be back. Doubt she understood us as she spoke no English.
