I have been eating at Surf Taco for years, as a teacher in Point pleasant Beach we could go out to lunch on nice days and not have to worry about the time, service was fast and we could call our orders in before we arrived. Love the taco salad.

Friendly staff. It's a good option to stop by after a tired day at 6 flags. Food inside the amusement park is bad and very expensive. It's better to come out and have food. Even though there are not much of options outside this is a good one to have. Less options for veggie. We had a cheese quasidilla and is was ok. I think there are more options for meat ..

Juanito's II

Reviewed By LoveToTravel061203

stopped in for lunch with my son who recommended Juanito's. I ordered the pork fajitas which I was really looking forward to, my son got the tamal and chimichanga in green salsa. A nice sized basket of chips and a fairly large molcajete of salsa roja was brought out promptly. The wait for our meal was a little long but there was a big party of 12-15 people who preceded us.The salsa roja was tasty but it lacked salt and was ice cold as if it had been in the refrigerator and was poured into the bowl. The chips were good although they lacked salt. The main courses: the peppers and onions in the fajitas came out piping hot but the pork was cold, dry, tasteless and tough. I felt that I was eating left over pork that was reheated. These were the worst fajitas I have every had. I liked the rice, guacamole and the beans and as a matter of fact, the beans were my favorite item.My son's tamal was huge but the masa was dense, not tender and moist like a tamal should be. He said the salsa verde was great and he, too, enjoyed the rice and beans. The chimichanga was ok. There was enough food that we were able to take some home.If I'm in that area again I may stop by once more. Aside from the big group other tables were filling up. I won't go out of my way to go there. The wait staff was very attentive and the restrooms were spotless.

All employees were super friendly and helpful. Got the buffalo chicken burrito. You get your choice of fillings, and salsa. Medium salsa was good and not to spicy. Guacamole was fresh and a great addition to the burrito offsetting the heat from buffalo chicken. Really enjoyed it.Place and tables were clean and comfortable.Better than Chipotle or Moe's.Thank you for the review! We appreciate the time you took to spread the goodness of Bubbakoo's! We hope to see you again soon!
