Our philosophy is simple; to provide great food, exceptional value and friendly service to each and every customer we serve.
I visited the Denville, NJ CB with family, there were 4 of us on a Saturday night in February. We made a call-ahead for 5:30pm seating. Restaurant was crowded but we were seated immediately. The hostess and wait staff are friendly. The busboys very helpful. The CB FRESH SALAD & BREAD BAR is excellent and refilled all through the night. Our Duchess, Queen & Charlie Cut Prime Rib steaks were cooked to perfection. The lobster tail was very good also. The baked & mashed potatoes are good. The later into the night, the more crowded and longer the wait is at the SALAD BAR. When we left there were at least a dozen people waiting to be seated. CB makes a great steak at reasonable prices especially with the Hand Shake Card and coupons throughout the year. Thank you Charlie Brown's of Denville for a delicious steak night meal. (The restrooms need to be checked regularly.)

Ruth's Chris Steak House specializes in serving aged USDA Prime steaks, broiled in a trademark 1800-degree oven and served on a plate heated to 500 degrees to ensure the steak stays "sizzling" hot. To experience fine dining at its best ⦠Just follow the s
My wife brought me here for my birthday dinner, unfortunately there were barricades due to a car show making it hard to get near the restaurant and then they did offer valet parking. The hostess threw some "happy birthday" decorations on the table which was unique. I was overwhelmed with people checking on us wishing me a happy birthday. My wife had gift card rewards to bring me here, but the prices are beyond sky high to me. The bread was delicious. We shared the $105 40 oz steak for 2, which should be a better deal than 2x $48 petite fillets but half of the steak was inedible and rough. We didn't find out until eating the leftovers. We were surprised when they brought out a special birthday cake slice for me and they took our picture. I was not the most dressed up but looked nice for dinner, people were coming in from the car show with car and sport team t-shirts and just looked totally inappropriate. Then a person at a table behind us was getting loud text alerts throughout the meal. There's no way I could justify or be comfortable with a dinner that costs $175 with tip, and that is sharing soup and drinking tap water only. Back out through the lot a good distance, walking in the dark with old cars driving everywhere, no sidewalk or lighting. Forced to breathe in a ton of exhaust fumes, it seemed to take another 15-20 minutes for them to bring our vehicle back to us.We appreciate you celebrating with us, Jeremy, but regret hearing your experience was less than perfect. Would you please contact us directly and share more about your experience at [email protected]? Please send your contact information, including a phone number. We would welcome the chance to make things better.

I'm giving Arthur's one star because there is no option for none. We have eaten there many times over the years and enjoyed both food and atmosphere but not for a while. Our recent experience proves the time tested adage that you can't go home again. It's not the old Arthur's. If you want burned greasy food with a bitter taste, poor service and a noise level that drowns out all table conversation, then this is the place for you. As a neighborhood bar it might be fine but if you are looking for a pleasant dinner with friends, look elsewhere!
