We had dinner here while on vacation in OC. We had a great meal. They do not take reservations but we were seated immediately.Be forewarned that this is a BYOB restaurant. Fortunately our server let us know the bar two blocks down sells take out liquor.The sushi was very good with healthy cuts for the individual sushi pieces.Good value in a relaxing atmosphere.

Love this place. Best Chinese takeout food along the Cape-Atlantic Jersey shore area.. We have tried multiple Chinese take out places since we re-located to the shore 10 years ago-- from Cape May thru Atlantic County, and this tiny, little family owned/operated business on Maryland Ave in Somers Point is, without a question in our minds--the single best place for Chinese takeout food!. The owner is the best--very friendly, efficient and looks after orders to make sure they are correct. Look, we have not had a bad experience here..We regularly travel the 25 miles RT to enjoy this takeout food. The brown garlic sauce on the shrimp/chicken/Chinese veg combo is awesome! Certainly recommend trying Shanghai House for wonderful Chinese takeout!

First visit and very satisfied with the food and service. You can eat in or outside. Ordered the Pho with steak, very large portion and very tasty. Also had spring rolls, very average.also ordered fried rice with chicken, huge amount and very good. Service very personalized and friendly. big hug from owner on way out. They will also cook your food any way you like. Give it a try.We wishing you have a very Merry Christmas!
