Awesome AC skyline views, full outside bar, delicious menu!!!
If you like the cool vibe of food trucks and enjoy a water view, this is the place for you! Scales Woody's Food Truck sits on the former location of Scales Restaurant which was lost in Hurricane Sandy. Since the Gardners Basin group isn't sure what to do with the real estate, they are not rebuilding the site, but have instead put two very cool food trucks there.....one with tacos, cheese steaks, crab cake sandwiches and other cool things and the other with fried fish. Both compliment each other and are set on the waterway with a great little bar created out of a shipping container from a barge....drinks are great and the bartender (Jamill) is the best!

So for AC this is more of a value .Have been here several times at the outside bar and never got a cold beer....so what up with the tap system. This last time I ordered some wings...â¦.took a long time for my order and than they were cold...but also some of the worst I ever had. The outdoor bartenders are on the ball and very pleasant !

Stopped in Sunday evening around 7:00 pm and the place was dead. We were seated right away and our server was alright, not the friendliest. We were aware of the 4% added to check if using credit card which we were alright with, but when I seen the note at the bottom of bottom menu saying "parties over 5 or checks totaling $60.00 or more would be charged a 19% gratuity". What are they thinking, I said to our waitress --- and this is why the place is dead on a Sunday evening. She just shrugged her shoulders. Our ribs were very good, nothing special but I think we will stick with other places in the area. Not sure when they changed their policies. Oh yeah, don't try to get take-out because they do not offer it....

Nice looking, stylish pub with great wings burgers and fries. Lots of beers on tap. Excellent thick freshly fried potato chips with sandwiches; try them. Parking a hassle, free at Applebeeâs but when we got there the attendant told us the lot was full and we had to find our own parking. But still worth it!

In the shadows of some of the most exotic, delicious, creative, authentic and competitively priced restaurant within a 5 mile radius operates this place called The Cove. The kitchen must be run by some untraveled, under experienced short order cook because anyone who has eaten anywhere else other than their own restaurant wouldnât serve this junk. Deep fried flounder? Arguably flounder.... but deep fried. Dropped in a vat of oil with a heavy dose of breadcrumbs. Is this a YUM?Nope.... itâs carnival food at best. And seafood diablo for $30 dollars that can be made for pennies with what they give you. My dish came with a quarter pound of linguine and two baby mussels, two little clams, three shrimp and three scallops. Look at my picture of the bowl they gave me to put my shells in. Ridiculous. Who knows what they thought of this hobo-fest but I could have fit it in a thimble. We went because it was local - but they didnât deserve it. Spare yourself from this place and itâs cook until they can get some experience and travel over the bridge to Atlantic City to see what their peers are doing.

Back Bay has been open in AC since 2003. We pride ourselves on great service, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere and views. In the warmer months we feature outside dining and bar. We are the home of the Basin Mason, a 32oz mason jar beverage. We have
I had the Guinness burger. Phenomenal. Mussels were great, a couple other dishes were ok. Service was decent. But for a place with Ale House in the name, surprising to have less than a half dozen beers on tap, at 8 bucks a pint no less. The place seems built for, as is promoted through, beer. Please make it right.

My husband reserved upstairs for 35 people for my birthday. 8 days before the party, he got a call that they could not do the party! Supposedly, another party booked 7 months prior. We were booked 4 months prior. Are you saying that no one noticed that for 4 months? Or, did a friend of the owner want the venue, maybe a larger party? The manager, Joe, said he would make some calls, and he did. We went to The Cove and it worked out beautifully! Great food, great staff, great service! We are locals and The Cellar was our âgo toâ , but no more.Michele, we are so sorry that this mix-up happened. It was an honest mistake, and we hope that you will be able to forgive us. This doesn't typically happen, so we hope you can give us another chance to make this right. Cheers, Your friends at The Cellar
