The food is excellent. The service is pretty good but slows down quite a bit on weekend nights. Fresh salads, delicious pasta, and really good octopus appetizer. Nice for takeout. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the pizza, while good, isn't amazing

I used to have an office close to Red Star and would occasionally pick up lunch here. While I haven't picked up food here in a few years, it is nice to see that the quality remains very good. The staff is welcoming and friendly with very prompt service both over the telephone and in the restaurant. For my most recent visit, I ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese and sausage as well as an order of fried calamari, both to go. They were being boxed up when I arrived and were still nice and hot when I got home. The calamari was quite good and was accompanied by a tasty marinara sauce. The pizza, as always, was delicious. I maintain that Red Star pizzas are a standout among New Jersey pizzerias. From the fresh dough to the fresh toppings, they consistently produce tasty pies.

Food is a very important part of the italian culture and varies greatly from region to region. While I have been heavily influenced by the cultures of Sicily, Arosso's menu is not limited. At Arosso we pride ourselves on our ability to make your every occ
It is HOT inside. Not quite as hot as it was outside today, Father's Day, 2018. We asked them to turn up the air conditioning, they did a little, but, I was sweating as I ate. I had Shrimp Scampi which was absolutely delicious. Had eaten there before and it was hot inside then. Don't expect anything fancy, ceiling tiles are warped and askew, there's an air duct hose just hanging there, it's an old building that could use some rehab inside. The wait staff was very good and friendly. No complaints other than the temperature. My dad enjoyed his meal, that's what's really important.

While the physical plant may not be much to look at, the food made inside is very good! King's specializes in pizza, hot sandwiches and cold subs.I visited for lunch one day following a recommendation from someone who raved about the subs--the rave was very accurate. When I walked in the staff was friendly and took my order quickly. There is some seating inside as well as a small patio seating area outside. But it is the quality of the food that impressed me. I ordered a turkey sub with everything on it. The subs come in a standard 12 inch size in a delicious roll. The ingredients are generous, but not overwhelming and the spices were a perfect complement. Everything on the sandwich was fresh and the turkey was sliced at the time of my order. I am adding King's Pizzarama to my short list of great sub/hoagie spots in New Jersey!

This restaurant, which is in the very nice new section of The College of NJ called College Town, offers pizza (several different varieties or you can have your own selected toppings), pasta (again, different varieties or create your own), and sandwiches (and again.....). The setting is very comfortable, the prices are fair, and the service is quick. Also, they offer both gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta for those with gluten allergies or preferences. I had a gluten free pizza, which was very good. I will be returning to try other options.

Went for lunch with my work group. Restaurant was busy with holiday parties, so service suffered until the other groups left. Food was good; marinara sauce on my eggplant parmigiana was sweeter and thinner than Iâd had elsewhere. Staff accommodated othersâ special requests. Prices at lunch were reasonable. Restaurant was large and appeared clean.

I had never got pizza from this place before but needed to order a large amount for an office party. The management were very helpful and accommodating. They even offered me a free slice to try (although I declined) all of my colleagues were very happy with the pizzas we chose (lots of topping choices) and Danny's did not disappoint. I was very nervous being my first big office get together that I was in charge of but it was a great time for all. I got lots of complements for my choice but the compliments need to go to Danny's and the remarkable staff. We will definitely be ordering from there again.

We have been coming here since way back when it was Palermo's, a similar family owned restaurant. It's still very good, maybe even better since the change over. We absolutely love the Chopped Antipasto Salad with lots of Italian meats and fresh salad veggies. Served with their Garlic Knots, fresh Italian bread and infused olive oil, you could make a meal of it, but we don't. My wife and I split the salad and then order a pizza.Actually, not a pizza, but an old fashioned Tomato Pie. We love their thin and crispy crust with fresh tomato sauce and mushrooms. A simple delight. One of these days we may try something else on the menu, but I doubt it. The chopped salad and tomato pie are just too good.
