La PizzaTega is a small family owned and operated restaurant in the Linwood Greene strip mall on New Road in Linwood. It occupies two store fronts on the western end of the strip.We found La PizzaTega last year, and we have been frequenting it ever since. The food is excellent. They have a wide variety of soups, all of which are house made and excellent. Try the minestrone...it is wonderful. The salads are excellent. Excellent entrees include any involtini, the shrimp, scallops and jumbo crab over house made fettuccine, any of the parmigiana, any house made pasta dish. They will put any sauce you prefer on any dish. The variety is endless...they also serve pizza (very good) and subs. The prices are very reasonable...try getting the same quality and quantity of food at one of the other Italian restaurants in Northfield or Linwood.The wait staff is simply wonderful..Very attentive, very patient, very eager to please.We bring our friends there often because the food is wonderful, the prices are very reasonable, the portions are huge and the service is the best anywhere.It is BYOB, so come prepared. I VERY highly recommend.

The King really doesnât want too many people to know about this place because itâs so good that we want to be sure they can accommodate us when we visit. And we visit often. The dinner entrees and pizza are always the best. And the service is always outstanding.

I donât want to write this because people will see it and then I will have a hard time getting reservations...best kept secret in Egg Harbor Township - special martiniâs are wonderful - the food was great - we all had the veal with a different pasta - salad and soup were more than adequate and the dessert was wonderful - my wife and I split the Tiramasu - Nicole is the best Martini maker in Southern NJ

This is good food in a nice setting, but not fine dining. It should not take 75 minutes to get first courses. It should not take multiple times asking for EVERYTHING--refills on water or other drinks, dressings, forks for dessert. We were there for more than 2 hours. Some of us wanted coffee or cappuccino, but at that point, we did not bother with it. We just wanted to get out of there. I cannot think of one thing that went well, other than the food was (as usual) delicious, but there are other Italian restaurants with delicious food...and much better service. It was not the server's fault--she was trying so hard, but she was alone, serving table after table. Management did not give her adequate help, and it seems that the kitchen was not well staffed, either. My main course was lukewarm at best, the vegetables cold.

Ordered from specials menu with a side of angel hair. Angel hair was small portion and I was charged $13.50. I felt this was overboard. I live in the area, but won't hurry back because though the quality was great, the pricing is out of line.

Bennieâs continues to deliver it excellence in food and customer service. Known for it fresh baked bread and bagels on premise, itâs also an excellent place to get all sort of Italian goodies for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They will prepare you hot or cold sandwiches to order. You can also pick out so many different entrees and side dishes from their cases to reheat at home. Bennieâs has seating outside, inside, and in a side room for a larger party. Speaking of parties, Bennieâs will cater your next event. I was in the bakery, during Nights in Venice, and they had so many people picking up catering orders. If you are in the Gardens there is a smaller satellite store, right across from 701 Mosaic. Bennieâs is rated #2 on TripAdvisor and I have no doubt they will take the #1 spot soon!

Stopped here on the way home. Had their award winning Caesar salad, not low cal. Very garlicky, fresh and delicious. Bread basket with garlic bread and tomato pie was fabulous! The below clam and linguini is only half- we shared. It was fantastic!!

Ridiculous. Great food but myself being a Pleasantville resident cannot order delivery. They specifically told me they can deliver to businesses in Pleasantville but not residential. Being a fire fighter for the city of Pleasantville and listening to their reasoning is just not right. Hopefully the owners will see this as an opportunity to correct this and allow the residents to enjoy your food.
