A VERY nice delivery person, Maria. Pleasant, great smile and delivery was super fast for a Saturday. If you can request her, do it. Honest and nice.I ordered garlic rosemary wings and fettuccine with chicken. The wings were flavorful with the right amount of seasoning and crispiness. My only issue is that although in every menu it advertises wings with sauce, they cheap out and charge you for ranch dressing for delivery. Petty charges are a prime example why I don't go back to restaurants. The fettuccine tasted great. Enough sauce seasoned well, although a little light on noodles. There was an enormous amount of grilled chicken which tasted moist and flavorful.I would have given it 5 stars except for nickle and diming me on delivery by upcharging for sauce which is included on every other menu.

I don't understand places that have great food but poor service. I am starting to think the people that work there are just nasty. From the older woman outside yesterday greeting people, to being inside the restaurant then to the back where take out orders are given she was just rude!!! Not sure if it is worth going back. Sorry but good food needs to have good service!I'm extremely sorry you did not receive the service you deserve. Fortunately for you if you give us another chance you will not see her because she will no longer be working here. It upsets me very much you were not happy but please visit us again and ask for me. Thanks for your review and hope to see you again soon!

Homey atmosphere and good food at this family-friendly restaurant. Pizza was delicious but be aware that it is bar pie size -- get at least two if you are with a few people. Good music and decent service. Try to get a seat outside if weather permits; less noisy and more comfortable.

I love this place! The food is delicious. Prices are good. Servings are large, and service is great, The two brothers who run Reyes are very nice and always take time to speak to regular customers. Though small, it;s usually busy. You know a place is good when you see the local police walking out with boxes of takeout meals! Not only is food good, they take pride in wrapping sandwiches(always heavy duty tinfoil) so there's no mess. Food is fresh, hot and just taste GOOD! Love the penne vodka and mMargarita pizza...but haven't had anything i or family didn't like. i live here:visit frequently.

We had 60 people there for a surprise birthday party for my wife. Even for thislarge group, the service they provided was excellent. The variety of food choiceswas good as well as quality. We will be going back there for dinner in the future.Leo Lamarre

Great experience and the best pizza around. I visited this place many times and had never been disappointed. Different pizzas, one better then the other one but they all outstanding. Also, try their toasts and salads with bread because their bread is simply delicious. Too bad they don't sell bread to go. Strongly recommend and I will be back once in the area.

Save room for dessert and walk next door to the bakery to select cookies, biscotti and pastries! What a dynamite dinner with a sweet treat for a song! Unbeatable
Where to eat Italian food in Belmar: The Best Restaurants and Bars

Serving the Jersey Shore Since 1947For more than 4 generations Vics Bar & Restaurant has been serving the most authentic and sought after Italian food at the Jersey Shore.Vittorio Vic Giunco opened Vics Tap Room shortly after prohibition was repealed in 1
I've been eating Vic's pizza for half a century. It has always been one of the best pizzas EVER. I have raved about it to other people as one of the best I'd ever eaten. So it is with a heavy heart that I have to downgrade my opinion. I ate there a few nights ago and the pizza was just not the same Vic's I've known my whole life. The pizza was not bad, but it just wasn't the real deal. Why would you change a recipe that has been sooo successful for soooo long? Especially when it's been rated as one of New Jersey's best. If you like super thin crust pizza with a mild sauce, then, by all means, enjoy the new Vic's. It's good. But it's not of the unique and delicious pie it was even a couple of years ago.Sorry to hear your recent experience wasn't to your liking. I promise you that the recipe hasn't changed and the same chefs who make the seasonings and cook the sauce have been here for 25-45 years. I am also sorry you didn't ask us in person about your suspicions. We could have communicated that nothing has changed to you in person and made something else for you if the pizza wasn't right. I sincerely hope you won't let one bad experience dictate your dining habits, especially after half a century of eating at Vics. I am sure if we got it right for 50 years that you wouldn't judge us on one bad experience. We hope to entertain you again in the near future and to meet your expectations.

I had an appointment at the Social Security office in Neptune, so I decided to go to here for lunch. It was crowded, so I sat at the bar, which entitled me to order a bar pie (which I had with mushrooms). If you like thin crust pizza (to my mind, the best kind), you'll love it here.
