Growing up in Ridgefield Park in the 60's and 70's we would routinely order pizza and mussels from Luigis's. Happened to be in Ridgefield Park now 45 years later and not much the same save for Luigi's. On thr rainy afternoon I stopped in for lunch and ordered pizza and mussels just like i remember. The restaurant was bright and inviting and the food was warm and delicious. Reasonably priced and comfortable, stop by for some Italian like Mama used to make.
You are greeted with a very friendly staff.Service is outstanding. The food was good.We order penne al vodka.Pasta cooked very well.Little al dente which it should be.Tasty sauce.I also ordered a pasta with a ricotta and was a little disappointed thinking I would get a scoop of fresh ricotta on top and I think the were referring to the mozzarella cut into cubes. Not Sure what they meant. Both dishes were a little pricy for the dish.We order dessert which was a tirimisu cake.Well let's say it was missing the coffee flavor and a nice cream but it was fresh.

Pleasantly surprised to find a place like this in Little Ferry. Upstairs over a pastry shop in a small strip mall. Food was delicious, specials were a bit expensive but our group of four had a coupon worth $100 that helped with the bill. Next time we will order off the main menu. Friday night entertainment was a plus. We will be back.

We were at a local hotel with no restaurant. Front desk told us about local room service delivery options. Being skeptical, we called Dante's. Very good move on our part.Much quicker than we thought, we got some very tasty and hot Italian food that really hit the spot. The big portions assured us we got our money's worth. Great flavors all around!Food was delivered quickly to the hotel lobby by a very polite and friendly gentleman that I wish I had tipped better. Note: With delivery, they don't take cards, only cash. Tip the delivery person well, please! Don't make the same mistake as I did. ;-(

The food at this restaurant is ALWAYS delicious, the waiters are professional & friendly, and the owner treats everybody like their family. We've been going here for years. We go here for lunch & dinner, quite often. BEST Italian restaurant around. Patti B. & Anthony P. (Wallington, NJ)

Three of us went to BV Tuscany for a nice Italian dinner. Our expectations were exceeded! The service was top-notch. Several staff members helped us, each took pride in their service, and all knew the menu and offerings. The food was very innovative, and excellent. I had a shrimp dish that was a special of the night. It had no pasta, but lots of shrimp with marinara sauce and spinach. SO delicious! We shared the panna cotta and tiramasu. Both were very good. Not a cheap meal, but considering, it's a bargain. Love the upscale atmosphere, the neighborhood feel, and the food and service.

When in Ft Lee stop by, we ordered the eggplant parm with linguini and it was yummy. It was greasy or over salty. My husband had the spaghetti carbonara with chicken, another great choice. And for dessert don't forget the cannolis, just the right amount of sweet.

Warm welcoming staff serving excellent food. The chick pea soup was tasty and served hot. Pasta with artichoke was excellent in white wine and chicken marsala with shrimp was delicious. Their menu is large and they are accommodating to food issues. We will definitely return
