We recently visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday. We were there for lunch & they had a nice selection. There was a lunch menu special which were reasonable priced. They serve authentic Italian food , Sal the owner & his family are very gracious people, even the staff working there are very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We totally enjoyed our evening here at Locale Cafe. Sat at the bar for cocktails and had the pleasure of being served by Yanni. What a great personality, introduced himself and his pour was a generous pour. He had vast knowledge of the wines. The rest of us (we were a party of 8) had seasonal cocktails and they said that they were very good too. Moving on to the dining area, food and waitstaff: Food is amazing. Not one of us had any complaints. My wedge salad was on point,m as was everyone else who had appetizers. My hubby had the salmon, he said it was amazing. Girlfriends and their husbands enjoyed their dishes too, short ribs, clams, etc. I had the goat cheese gnocchi and I definitely recommend that. It was DELICIOUS. Even the bread served with a very good Olive tapenade was good as was the hummus. Waitstaff seemed a bit off, we had to track them down a few times, never came back and checked whether we wanted refills on coffee for dessert, etc. If the waitstaff was better, I wouldâve given this a 5 star. But definitely food is a 5 star!

It looks like an unassuming storefront which shares the same address as a spa next door. We attended a family graduation party with approx. 60 family members and had delicious Italian food (4courses) which was hot and freshly cooked and served in a timely manner. It is BYOB however the hosts provided wine and Proseco which was served by the staff. Usually large groups sacrifice either hot food, freshly prepared food or poor service. Buon Gusto has it all covered and did an excellent job with this large group!

Party of 3 on a weekday night. Place was full but we were seated promptly. First thing you notice is the noise. Everyone talking loudly but donât let this stop you from eating here. The food is very good. The portions are large. The service is good. The prices are very reasonable.

This is an Italian pizza joint in Closter, NJ about 10 miles north of the GW bridge off Exit 2 of the Palisades Parkway. Pizza, pastas, salads, and parmigianas are on the menu. Wooden tables. There is beer and wine. This is "cheap eats".

Back up and running Cousins Pizza is a breath of fresh air. From their knowledgeable and courteous staff, to the variety of their menu, to the great taste of everything we ordered. The chicken lemon orzo soup, fried calamari, mussels in sauce, Eggplant and Eggplant Rolatini, Shrimp Scamp, Veal Parmagiania sandwich and Buffalo chicken wrap were all outstanding. If your in the area, make sure you stop at Cousins Pizza. You will not be disappointed!

There are so many better Italian restaurants nearby, why bother with this one ? From the rubbery shrimps to the overly spiced olive oil, there were not too many good items. The calamari is overly breaded and the mussels were not impressive. There's better Italian bread around too. Forget tha little pour on the cocktails!

Kudos to Dino for doing what all restaurants should do: the "specials" are in writing with prices and the prices are in line with the regular menu items. Restaurants that price the "specials as much as 25% higher than regular menu items tick me off. That being said: the food is consistently very good, portions ample, service thoroughly professional, ambiance pleasing, noise level tolerable.....all in all nothing not to like....even if they did neglect to bring us the complementary salad.Expect the tab to approach $1125 with tax and tip.
