I love Ralphs, better than Ritas. While they have similar flavors, I find Ralphs to be consistently better! This is in a strip mall so don't be looking for a "free standing" location. Also, the adjacent center(s) boast a Carvel, Ice Cream Palace and Frozen Yo if you wnat variety.

We gave this place another try for dinner, even though we had not been happy before. I should have stuck with my original impression. They do have seating, but it is not pretty, with plain chipped Formica tables and cheap paper napkins from a table dispenser. We sat a while until the waitress came over. They need to treat for fruit flies, since there are way too many of them inside the restaurant on a cold winter day. There was nobody else in the restaurant but the four of us - never a good sign.We ordered and got our food in a timely manner. The food was hot and tasted OK with large portions, but everyone at the table said their food was just mediocre - not even very good. Then, when the unitemized bill came, it seemed to be several dollars too high. I rarely get an unitemized bill in a restaurant and never like it, since it always means that they are hiding something. When I asked for an explanation at the cashier (same waitress), she and the owner told me that they upcharged me 50% from the listed menu price without telling me because I ordered Alfredo Sauce on my pasta (the dish went from $12 to $18). The waitress said nothing when I ordered it and would not adjust it when I was at the register. This was not a good dining experience, even for a mid-range pizza place. I don't recommend it. You can do much better in the local area.

I lived in Matawan for a long time, and every week on Pizza night, we would order from Scotto's. It was an absolute family favorite. I've been in NC for 8 years, and I make sure that any time I visit NJ, I go for a pie. There's nothing like it in NC. After a visit to NJ, I can't eat pizza for months, okay weeks, because nothing can hold up to this pizza. If you live in the area and never tried it, go check it out. If your visiting the area, and want a great slice of Jersey pizza, this is the place to go. The garlic knots are great too!

I called Ponte Vecchio hoping to make reservations for a small but momentous family celebration that was somewhat last minute. Julie helped me to navigate through the process, arranging for us to bring our champagne to be chilled, ordering a cake for the occasion and making florist suggestions. Upon arrival, we were placed at a table that was in a great location for our 10 member group that included 3 children. The wait staff were all helpful and attentive. The chef, Anthony DiRocco, created amazing appetizers and dinner entrees that were suitable to all present. There were even gluten free selections on the menu, which I was grateful for.The strawberry shortcake that I had arranged for at Julieâs suggestion, was a hit with adults and children.I would highly recommend choosing Ponte Vecchio. I suggest making a reservation as the dining room became very busy for a Wednesday night. And it is Bring your Own- so purchase a nice bottle or red (or white) or maybe champagne, and enjoy.

Unique dining experience inside a converted church from the 1800's. Family-run business with home-made italian cuisine. And Friday night is karaoke starting at 8pm until midnight. Always a good time whether you come to sing or just listen to the local talent! Thank you for sharing your experience at Bart's.

I go to this place all the time, Tried so many different things and the food is really good, Upside down Square (Sicilian Pizza) is the best around. Wraps and Pasta dishes are great. The place gets very busy so sometimes orders can take a while, I usually take out. Service is not always perfect but overall great food so I recommend.

Went this weekend for my birthday dinner..8 people 2 children.. I can't say enough about this place and the owner Louie.. From the appetizers of potato croquettes, baked clams, fried calamari, seafood salad.. arugula salad.. ALL incredibly fresh and tasty!! The Seafood marechiara with angel hair pasta was insanely delicious!! If you live ANYWHERE in NJ or Staten Island.. YOU MUST GO HERE!! It's BYOB.. so get your BEST white burgundy, chardonnay, pinot grigio, cabernet, brunello or whatever you choose and bring it along for the ride.....

The food here is delicious! I can't have wheat and they had no problem taking Chicken a la Pisano and making it flour free. It was delicious. My husband had a stuffed veal chop (special) that he said was great. Our friends also enjoyed their food, this place was their choice one of their favorites. Will definitely be going back!!

I am a regular here and in Staten Island, but I don't think I've ever written a review. Tonight I had the always delicious buffalo wings, salad with their wonderful balsamic, fried shrimp (really good) and a plain pizza. Everything was delicious. Never disappointed here.

Espositos has my absolute favorite pizza! I like either the #12 I believe it is with the sausage and sautéed onions or the pie with the vodka sauce. Both pies I love with the sesame seed crust! Definitely our local favorite pizza place, as itâs so close to home too. I would ask to have your pizza cooked lighted on the bottom. Thatâs what I always do and it ends up perfect. Otherwise you will often get well done.
