We live in town but finally gave this place a try after hearing rave reviews about it, especially the pizza. The staff here are friendly, our waiter was very attentive for a busy Saturday. Our appetizers, oysters and fried calamari were delicious. We ordered some entrees and some pizzas to sample. My brother tried the cowboy steak special and it was excellent. I loved the regular cheese pizza. The pizza is served thin crust style, so I wouldnât recommend ordering heavy toppings on it as the white pie was weighed down and a bit undercooked. The dessert menu is huge, my mom tried the Creme brûlée and it was great. The only thing I could not get past is there is a musty, mold like smell that hits you as soon as you enter the restaurant and lingered until the dining room got full.

We had read some good reviews on Parsippany's Best Pizza, so decided to check them out. We ordered Pizza Fries, Salad, and a Pizza. We waited in their seating area, which was a bit tight, but it was no biggie since it wasn't crowded. All of the food we received was good, especially the Pizza Fries. They top their Pizza Fries with Pepperoni, which I had never seen before. They were delicious. It gave me a few ideas that I will try at home sometime. The people working there were also nice, so it turned out to be a positive experience.Hey Hockpooh, We are so happy and delighted you enjoyed our food especially our pizza fries! :) Thank you for giving us a chance and we hope to see you again soon!

Great quality Italian deli food- this is a hidden gem in Denville center, and it is NYC quality. Has a few comfortable tables by the entrance and the deli behind it. Great soups and sandwiches, and good for taking out cheeses, meats and prepared food. Caution: it gets very crowded on Saturdays so if you are in a rush, leave it if there's a crowd.

Joe's Pizzeria has been in business for decades. When my kids attended Montville High School, it was considered the school hang-out after 2:30 pm probably because it was in walking distance and offered a reasonably diverse menu and fair pricing. Today, Joe's remains a solid choice for pizza, as well as, restaurant quality food. I like the breaded chicken sandwich at $6.95. The bread is soft inside, the chicken is nicely breaded, the mozzarella is fresh and the roasted peppers with olive oil and balsamic vinegar add the zing I,m looking for. Joe's also has good salads, subs, soups and dinners. You can order take-out or sit-in. It's has a relatively small dining area and typical small pizzeria atmosphere, so you are not going to impress a dinner date with this pizzeria. The parking lot is small and shared with Barry's Pharmacy.
Gramma pizza is our favorite and definitely worth the additional wait time. All meals here have been very good. The staff here is very friendly. Newly decorated inside. Our new go-to place for Italian take out.
We ordered a Valentino Special Pizza (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, meatballs, peppers and onions) from Valentino's Pizza and it was delicious Fresh ingredients make a world of difference..We were really impressed with the delivery service as well. The delivery service is free. The website states that the pizza would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. Well, the pizza was actually delivered in slightly less than 30 minutes. Granted we live less than 2 miles from Valentino's Pizza but we thought that was pretty impressive. Valentino's has a wide assortment of pizzas, soups, cold &hot subs, pasta dishes, etc..We look forward to trying their other offerings, as their Valentino's Special Pizza was great. Football, Pizza and beer, a winning combination.

Decent good pizza and pasta dishes. Nice of them to give you bread and butter while waiting for your meal. Generous portions at reasonable prices. Had the mussels with white wine sauce (dip that hot bread in this sauce!). Couldn't finish the wrap in one sitting (saved it for tomorrow's lunch). Menu has good choices. Nice clean mom & pop neighborhood restaurant to unwind with some wine and Italian food.

Very much a locals place, we've always loved to sit at the bar and here, we have never had the opportunity. Its always full. They have a few tvs for watching sports and a full food menu, but most go here for the pizza. Our server was pretty nice and did a good job as we came in on a Monday night towards the end of service. Pizza was on point and my wife is still talking about how good it is the next day.

Do you like inattentive staff as much as I do? How about a $10 slice of cake? That said, I really did enjoy the Pappardelle con Salsiccia. The Fettuccine was not limp, the sausage was wonderful and I have not met a mushroom that I did not like. It was priced at $19.95 so it gave me no license to complain. Come to think of it, all the entree prices seemed to fall between $20-$26 dollars. It's just so wonderfully mathematically elegant. The restaurant has less than 100 seats. Viewing it from the outside I would have expected more. Part of the problem with seating is that the rather large bar area has a lot of empty area behind the bar. This must be a real treat for the bartenders. I bet they get their 10,000 steps a day. The ambiance features earth tones but not Tuscany earth tones. Wooden chairs, recessed lighting and white table cloths had my head going back and forth. Caesar's Palace- Pizza Parlor. Caesar's Palace-Pizza Parlor. Either way this place gets crowded. I hope that you do not enjoy conversation that much while you are dining. Speaking of crowded, it starts in the strip mall parking lot. Sometimes you just want some good Italian food and this restaurant is a solid choice.

We are a small 48 seat BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner Matthew Pierone has been named to Best chefs America (BCA) list since 2013. He specializes in fresh, creative Italian cuisine and is known for his Pork chops, fish and bread pudding. Outstanding customer
