We were in the area shopping and wanted a lunch spot so came by Bombay talk. Enjoyed it a lot. Iâm usually more in to non-vegetarian Indian food but enjoyed Bombay Talk. Lots of options, maybe too many? The chaat was great. Overall cheap and yummy.

This restaurant has been around for ages on the Green St. Visited the place after many years. The quality of Dosa/Sambar/Cutney seems to be almost as good as it used to be in the inaugural years, but the service is disappointing. This is a self service restaurant. While the idea of disposable cups/plates/spoons etc is good, the quality of the same in Dosa Express could put off many. The cleanliness of the toilet is questionable. There many other better South Indian food options available on Green St/ Oak Tree Road.

I had a lively experience with the masala dosa, vada sambar & coffee. For the first time in the US I tasted something good in South Indian food.

I am a trip advisor contributor therefore I review every place before I go any where. We went there for lunch buffet. It was HORRIBLE. People who have tasted real Pakistani food would agree. Meat items were not fresh at all. Spring rolls was just a wrap of several layers of carb with few pieces of carrot that one may find if lucky. Veg stuff was ok. Overall nothing closer to a Pakistani or Indian food. We live in a smaller town and have only 2 Indian restaurants, we thought this may be a treat but it was a waste of time and money. If u really want to eat good Pakistani food, please dont go there.
We visited on a Saturday evening. It was my first time eating Indian food. I was not disappointed. The restaurant is located in a not so busy strip mall. Plenty of parking right in front of establishment. It's a very simple family place. Its BYOB. There are booths along the walls and plenty of tables to accommodate larger groups. The staff was very friendly and made some great recommendations. We were a group of 4. For appetizers we ordered the tandoori corn, special assorted platter, and chicken pakora. It was delicious. Very spicy, fresh and tasty. For main course we ordered lamb chops, goat curry and goat masala. We also ordered butter Naan and garlic and chilli Naan. Everything was great. The combination of spices, the freshness of the food. The taste. First time eating Indian food and loved it. I recommend anyone to visit. Great food and overall experience. I have posted 2 pictures. Wish there could have been more pics but the food was so good that we ate and forgot to take pictures first.

Its a place for veggies who love home like food without hitting their pocket. The seating is less but its always crowded due to its quality, price and quantity of food. I had a thali and onion uttapam & pao bhaji. All 3 were great! With this barf ka gola !

We did takeout based upon reviews. Food was tasty and well done. Very tepid greeting by manager even though we were ordering a lot. Saw him greet others very warmly. Probably wouldnt return even though food was good. Service means a lot in my book.

Urban Spice is a step up from many if the excellent Indian restaurants in this area. First it does both Northern and Southern specialties, veg and meat, so everyone can find something they like. Everything we have tried us either very good or excellent. Attentive service, white tablecloths and attractive surroundings add to the experience. And there's a dedicated parking lot in front plus they are one of the few local restaurants with a bar. We've only been here for dinner and as last night, are often the only non-Indians here. Therefore I can't comment on the buffet. But the food and the setting make for a lovely night out.Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our restaurant, your comments are very much valued. We really appreciate your comments regarding our food and the service . Our staff members take their roles very seriously and try every day to provide that quality food and customer service, that our guests expect.

Swagath Gourmet is an authentic Indian restaurant in Edison, NJ that serves traditional vegetarian dishes. We use only fresh, nutritious ingredients in each of our dishes, so you can taste the quality in every bite. As the first Southern Indian restaurant
Excellent food and accommodating friendly service We had the bhel puri, the Kanchipuram and Kovil iddly. And split thd menthiya dosa and a thali. Everything was well spiced and perfectly prepared. The waitress had suggested that we split a thali which was an excellent idea. The restaurant was comfortable clean and attractive. If you are in the area, this is a very worthwhile place to eat
