First, the food here was excellent! Two of us got the rotessire chicken which came with two sides for $11. We got the shoestring fries and veggies, cant even describe how delicious they were!! Our friend got a club for $11 and a side of fries for $4 (seems over priced for the small handful you get). Hard to complain though, since the food was so good! Our only complaint is that they are too pet friendly. They have outdoor seating which would be perfect for pets but they also allow them indoors. The dog was so bored being stuck on leash inside, it kept yapping which reverberated off the walls proving to be both startling and annoying. We kept jumping in our seats from being startled by the very loud hard pitched barks. Overall though, the staff was so friendly, they offer gluten free options, and the food was excellent.

I usually stop in to Positively 4th Street when in OC. Sometimes, just to run in for coffee and scones. Sometimes for breakfast or lunch. Food is always freshly prepared, high quality ingredients, real food. Healthy alternative to the usual fare found in a shore town. Cafe has a laid back vibe, funky ambiance, friendly staff. Awesome baked goods. Real coffee! Great salads, panini, platters. Outside seating. Open year round!

Arleneâs is an unpretentious restaurant that serves outstanding breakfasts. Itâs busy during the season, but moves quickly. It is open off season. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The service was very friendly and efficient. The blueberry pancakes were perfect. Light and fluffy and chocked full of fresh blueberries. No need to use the syrup. The omelets are large and generously filled. The crepes were light and delicious. Strongly recommend Arleneâs for breakfast.

Wanted something different than the typical junk boardwalk food and followed yâalls recommendation. Thanks! A step back in time coffee cafe with very fresh and tasty food. Loved the Philly cheese steak and the stuffed tomato with chicken salad. Home made potato and chicken salad along with fresh coleslaw. Excellent! Very reasonable too. Will come again.

Great $5.00 deals for lunch. Got a egg biscuit with potatoes. The potatoes are the best, worth the trip. Service is great and coffee refills are endless. Nice to sit outside when the weather gets warmer. Portions are large and the food is great, did I mention the great service. Brunch served all day.

Our party of seven all loved the extensive menu options and the friendly service of the wait staff. I believe there are many return customers because the options are so varied. I indulged myself with cream cheese stuffed French toastAnd my sister had the cinnamon almond french croissant . The loaded meat omelette and chefs special were also perfect. Ocean views, good reasonable meals and warm service! Try this place for sure!

This is an iconic OC breakfast/lunch spot. During summer it is always packed so expect to wait but do wait. Breakfasts are always good with lots of variety and reasonable prices. Lunch is my favorite. They have a tomatoe soup grilled cheese combo that is really good. If those ate not your thing the menu has a large offering of traditional, bugers, chicken, etc, and specials. Atmosphere is beachy with walls plastered with pennants from colleges the staff attend. My only complaint is parking. In the summer it is tough. Best to walk or bike ifvyou can. One of my OC favorites.

The whole family enjoys Yianni's...great service and consistently good food. Favorite for me is any of their Greek dishes. Servings are large and very fresh and flavorful. Bagels are also excellent and quick to grab at the take out counter if you don't have time to sit down for breakfast.

We were 4 adults and 3 hungry kids and ordered most of everything on the menu from omelets to sandwiches to specialty pancakes to fancy coffees.Everything was prepared perfectly and our waitress Cindy was especially accommodating and had a great sense of humor.A real treat beyond the mediocrity of most restaurants.

Breakfast was hot and fresh! I had the steak breakfast tacos, lots of steak but needed a little bit more perhaps some onions or peppers. The eggs were perfectly cooked. My son loved the hot chocolate and his waffles. It was nice spot with friendly service.
