We love this pub for dining. It has a regular bar menu with hamburger, pizza and philly cheese sandwiches. It also has a daily special menu on the board with soups, appetizer, and specoal main course. The dessert board also changes on a daily basis. Sunday breakfast is a treat with prime rib, eggs, homefries abd toast and coffee as much as you can drink. Friendly atmosphere, faimlies welcome. Feels like home without having to do the dishes.

....and a snack. Inside's pretty dark and confined, but in nice weather the outside bar usually has some sort of entertainment and the drinks are cold and reasonably priced. So far the only food we've sampled has been sandwiches and bar snacks....not bad but nothing special. Our main use for this place is a stop on our motorcycling pub runs...and for that it's just fine.

Been there twice in last 2 weeks. I like HOT fries. I asked for HOT fries the first time. Received warm fries. Second trip 3 of us had burgers and fries...thought we would get HOT fries...NO just warmer than room temperature. BUT the burgers were hot and tasty on both occasions. Guess I will have to try something else next time.

The service was good, fast, friendly and accurate. The menu is your standard bar/pub food. This was our first visit. We started with an appetizer "special", fried ravioli, being the special of the day we thought homemade, but they tasted like pulled from the freezer and dumped in the frier. The saving grace was the marinara sauce that accompanied them. I had the BBQ pulled pork, it was ok, the bun was over toasted. My husband had the burger, it was cooked to order but he said he has had better, lacking flavor. The fries were excellent, nice and crispy but not hard. Although we didn't order drinks, the selection was comparable to other bars in the area. The eating area and bar looked clean and neat.

Regrettably this was one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. The starter, lamb lollipops was average at best but the main was dire. We both ordered the tuna with coconut rice and mango salsa which was the special and it was, especially awful. The tuna may have been browned in the outside but it had not been seared, the cook because it would stretch the imagination to think a chef could produce this, needs to go back to school and understand that searing is done at a high temperature and it seals the protein which allows the subsequent cooking stage to be reached. Ours was not cooked to medium but had a tough outer “skin” and was “stringy” and raw inside. It was also barely warm when it reached us. To make matters worse we had ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc which came to the table warm and only reached serving temperature by the time we had finished our meal. When we were considering our wine options I asked the waiter which was the driest of two wines; he was honest enough to say he did not know; restaurants must employ staff who understand the product range. The service was very average with the waiter insisting on addressing us as “my friends”when will waiters learn to take a cue from their customers and keep their conversations to the matters in hand. .We will never go back.

RUDE service! Inexcusably RUDE service!!When we walked into Crabby's for dinner last evening, the bartender saw us, did not acknowledge us, and no hostess or server was anywhere in the room. The place has a casual enough vibe to it, so we just seated ourselves at a small table. About 5 minutes later, one of the servers (NOT the person who eventually was our server, as it turned out) came over to us and said "You should not have seated yourselves. The next time you come here, you should wait to be seated." I responded with "Nobody was here to seat us, and the bartender did not tell us to wait to be seated. We can move elsewhere if you want. So where would you like us to sit instead?" Her response: "Since you're here already, you can just stay here. But next time, don't sit yourselves and wait for someone to seat you."Trust me, there will NOT be a next time for us at Crabby's.The food is edible but not what I would describe as good. I ordered broiled flounder with crab imperial, and my partner got the filet imperial. Mine was cooked OK but shockingly bland for fresh crab meat. His was seriously overcooked and comparably bland. The menu contains nothing by way of vegetables or salads, and most entrees come with fries. Also worth noting is that Crabby's is expensive, particularly for the quality of the meals. We had no appetizers, no alcohol, and no desserts, and our meal came to about $75. Nothing about this place merits that kind of pricing. Do yourself a favor and find a Red Lobster and eat there instead. The food is lower-priced and MUCH higher in quality. And you'd easily have better, friendlier, less rude service.

We met another couple here for early dinner. The prime rib was excellent but the chicken Parm had been tenderized into small chunks. I prefer to cut into a piece of chicken breast rather than have it shaved. That's just me. My friend had the veal parm and it was the same. I suppose when they pound it that thin, it looks like you're getting a lot of food. Quality over quantity is more important though. The service, however, was excellent.
