About 10 days ago we were driving back from North Carolina and decided to stop off in Bergenfield to pick-up some Filipino food. We have eaten here many times. I would guess about 50 times or so over the past 8 years. The food was basically the same as always.. Cusinera is the traditional Filipino turo-turo. The combo meal cost about $6.00 and for breakfast you have a choice of rice and eggs with a meat side or for lunch/dinner rice and 2 sides. They also include soup and turon with the combo meal. This week we had stopped between breakfast and lunch. Our son got breakfast - - rice, eggs, and longanisa (Filipino sausage); but he could have had a number of other meats - - my personal favorite is beef tapa. The rest of the party had chicken adobo, lumpiang shanghai, and fish - - but they have probably another 5 or 6 other dishes to choose from. The food is good and the lunch/dinner sides are different every day. Every time we go there the food is freshly cooked - - which can sometimes be a problem with a tuto-turo. Bottomline - - itâs probably the best Filipino breakfast and food in town - - and for those who donât like to drive through a city, you are not driving through Jersey City or Queens. They also have a catering menu. Parking is not a problem as there is a parking lot in the rear of the building. Enjoy.

Four of us had a great dinner here. Thought the sushi was authentic and tasted great. Service was good. Expensive but worth it.

They make tofu-based chicken, beef, fish dishes, all well-made. Good noodle and soup dishes. Well-priced. A local watering-hole, often crowded.

The space and service was great. The food though was average... overall lacking in flavor. We were there as part of a large party and the space and service they gave us was very nice. Music was a little too loud but that might not have been in the restaurants control as there was a DJ.Hi There, Thank you for your review! Our chefs are more than happy to adjust spice levels according to your taste buds. On your next visit, feel free to let the server know to make the dishes spicier! Thank you,Mantra

This is without any doubt, THE best Thai ANYWHERE, not just Bergen County or New Jersey. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Iâm very picky about my Thai food, but Iâve found myself coming back to Pimaan times again over the years. And Pimaan never disappoints. This is the benchmark every Thai place is judged against when I travel the world. And none has surpassed Pimaan. From the Duck Basil, to the frog legs, and crispy whole fish. All perfect. BYO wine or beer is just icing on the cake.

We dined with some Filipino that selected food from the menu. Everything we had was DELISH. Lots of food and reasonably priced. Located on Washington Avenue in Bergenfield the downstairs part of the restaurant is small, however, when crowded diners are moved to the upstairs, where they hold parties. Parking can be an issue but there are parking lots behind the building or one can park on Washington Avenue. Next time will photo the food and write down the names of the meals. Again DELISH cuisine, looking forward to our next visit!

Great Japanese food in Dumont NJ. One of our regulars
Weâve being go eating at Well-Being Sushi since it opened and have reviewed the excellent food and friendly service many times. In fact, Well-Being Sushi and its owner/sushi chef have become friends and it is our favorite neighborhood restaurant where we dine weekly. However, I have never commented on its unusual name: âWell-Beingâ Sushi. Recently, I read a book about âhyggeâ the Danish (but actually Norwegian) word used to describe Scandinavian feelings of happiness, contentness, embrace, and comfort. In other words: âWell-Being.âAnd hygge is how I feel about going to, dining at, and leaving Well-Being Sushi. Everything fits together, the food is excellent particularly for the very reasonable prices, service is attentive, and we always leave happy!

Have the Pho - everyone does. Noodle dishes a specialty. Noisy and crowded, not expensive. What's not to like?
