I wish I lived closer, because Iâd be coming every week. This is a warm & cozy restaurant with friendly people running it...and if that isnât enough, the food is excellent too! My Gyro was delicious! My friendâs also enjoyed their meals, which were a cheese burger, pastrami sandwich, hot turkey sandwich (huge portion), and milkshakes. Everything was great. And, the French fries are fresh, seasoned well, and cooked crispy...yum!

We celebrated our dear friendâs Birthday. The food was good. The service was sub par. Our waiter when asked what came with the Veal chop special responded â assorted vegetables and other itemsâ whatever that means. The service was non-existent, we had to wait to get someone to meet our eyes to get pepper. For an established restaurant with a reputation for great food, to have such poor standards for service is very disappointing. It doesnât encourage a return visit.

A few long time friends, and one family member, met here one brisk night this month for a reunion, we haven't seen each other since 1965! Our hostess was wonderful, we talked all night about the good old days, when our food was served, it brought back memories of how good it was then and how good it is now, even better. The owner joined us at our table and we're brought up to date on what has happened after we graduated high school in 1967. This is the best of the best in all aspects of food, dr I n ks and hospitality, even though it's my former hometown, it was the best town to grow up in. Like Mayberry RFD.

This place was always part of our rotation but we had not actually been here in a while. But after tonight that will change. We got there crab cake appetizer special as well as their tuna tartare special which would both spectacular. Then, lucky us, they had a truffle risotto available! We got it and it was great. Yes truffles are expensive, but they're off the chart yum and we enjoyed it. The bread was delicious the service was spectacular and it's such a great experience. Our entrees consisted of their incredible filet mignon and that pork chop. Our Andres consisted of their incredible fillet minion and their pork chop. They were great everything was great what a beautiful meal with what incredible service. Thank you

So we often go to our fave in town bagel place. Recently, our son came home with one of these for me. Blueberry bagel. He got a cheddar and bacon something creamcheese on his bagel. OMG. We thought we'd already been eating really good bagels, but now make the trek to Waldwick to get them.

We've been to Legends 2 more times since our first experience. The wine is great, either Chardonnay or sauvignon blanc. It's cold and tasty. The food, no matter what you get is exceptional. We've ordered calamari (so perfect, prob best I've ever had),a great Ceasar salad, great burgers, great chili nachos. The salmon was a little boring, but I would prob stick to pub food here anyway.

Old barn dating back over a century. Was a speakeasy. Been going there for 50 years+. Rustic interior. Food is really good, both price and portions. Owner is always there to make sure you enjoy your visit. Place with a long history, the grandkids of original customers now go there. Definitely worth it.

Was recommended to grab lunch here and it was a solid choice. Not terribly busy on a summer Friday, but the service was great and so was the food. We both had the jicama salad special with grilled salmon; it was very fresh and the fish was cooked perfectly. Nicer atmosphere, folks seemed to be enjoying their food and conversation, would be appropriate for a business lunch as well. Lunch was on the pricey end of the scale but worth it.
