Casual Fine Dining at it's best in a restored landmark building specializing in seasonal American cuisine
This was our 2nd year attending the Thanksgiving family style meal. Last year we went earlier and everything was fabulous! But this year we did the a later seating and the service was slow and the food not as good or plentiful. They barely gave a table of 10 any white meat, we had to ask for that and mashed potatoes. The sweet potato dish was not very good. Even their delicious pumpkin soup was not that delicious. Perhaps the turkey was dry because it was later in the day? The dessert table was also lacking and not restocked we felt maybe because it was the end?Kudos to the awesome young lady bartender who was gracious and make good cocktails. We will give the Gladstone another chance next year hoping if we go earlier everything will be better and they change up some of the recipes.we appreciate your feedback and will take it to heartour process is to continue making all the elements of the menu / feast throughout the day so it remains fresh and juicy but unfortunately it sounds like we let you downthank you for coming last year, again this year and we hope next year we will be able to exceed your expectations

Phone (908) 234-9404 It is in the old RR Depot in Far Hills.
The waitress is all business. No trivial banter, no friendly greeting, unless you consider "Coffee?" a friendly greeting, which I'm more or less inclined to do. We got there at 9:30 AM, well after the frantic wave of commuters had settled into the trains and been whisked away. The mood was desultory, calm, and a bit subdued. Trains still came and went but no one left the restaurant or entered it when they did. It was a moody, tranquil place. Edward Hopper would have loved it here. Service was OK. Food was simple breakfast fare, but well prepared and quite tasty. Coffee was so-so, which is a bit surprising in an upscale place like Far Hills. I expected better. If I lived here, though, I'd be a regular. If I ever pass through Far Hills again, this is where I'd stop.

We love Steck's Deli. One can always count on a line but worth the wait. Once went in 15 minutes before closing; they were already cleaned up for night and would not take my order. Sandwiches, potato salad, and pickles top notch. Don't miss out on the various cake slices, big yum!

From the smoky wood flavors of seasonal appetizers and entrees, to the finely executed desserts, we at 3 West strive to keep customers coming back for more. A spacious, high-ceilinged barroom is one of three dining rooms characterized by warm shades and t
First, the service was excellent. A large group was handled efficiently and friendly. And being a work dinner, we did not pay for the dinner. However it was a pretty pedestrian dinner that was quite expensive for what we received. The best food was the lump crab appetizer. The summer special drink was unbalanced in flavor. The entree, a tuna sushi was not either particularly creative or unusual. A sushi place would have served something far more creative and interesting. Some people like the pork chops but no one was thrilled with the food. There are many more interesting dining options than 3 West in the area.

Awesome view over golf course. Beer selection ok. Food average. Had raw oysters which were good, but a little pricey. Halibut was fair, but way over cooked. And pricey. EAting on deck over golf course made up for average food. Also hard to find, but plenty of parking

A delightful lunch with friends! Our server was Jasmine. She was very nice, helpful, and gave us plenty of time to catch up with our friends. And the food was delicious. My husband had the buffalo chicken wrap and I had the ahi tuna taco appetizer. Our friends had the shepherds pie and the avocado BLT. The portions were huge and excellent. My ahi tuna appetizer filled the big plate! We took home 3/4 of the dish and half of my husbandâs wrap, both of which we shared for dinner. This was a great find and a great place to go back to. (One suggestion for the restaurant: need more visible sign outside. Fortunately, our GPS showed exactly where the restaurant is.)

It was our first visit to this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions from the menu. The food was freshly prepared and flavorful. The building is very cute. You order at a counter and the food is brought to you. The only downside is construction ongoing on the building which made it a little cold inside. Looks like that will be complete soon.

The Natirar Estate, a nearly 500-acre site atop the mountains of Peapack, is the home of Ninety Acres Culinary Center, which consists of a cooking and wine school, and a restaurant offering unique and exciting menus featuring produce and livestock fresh f
We went around 5:30p on a Sunday (9/22/19) night to enjoy some cocktails on the patio outside the bar. As we approached the front desk, we were told we would have to order our drinks at the bar and bring them ourselves to the patio area. Ditto for any food that we might order. That was a bit odd to us but, no matter, we followed the instructions. Placing the drink order at the two bartender bar seemed like a huge challenge...for the bartenders. They were completely overwhelmed and the male bartender (big hair) was almost useless. After our first drink had been downed, we went in to order food and were told by the bartenders we could NOT order food at the bar and take it to the patio area. So, we approached the main reception desk and spoke to the manager. She respectfully listened to our concerns about what we were told earlier but repeated that we could not order food at the bar for patio consumption. We asked why the change from only an hour earlier to which she had absolutely no response. Very odd. I'm not sure what's going on here but something has changed and not for the better. There is simply too much competition in a 5-10 miles radius for me to waste my time going here anymore. Done.Dear Judge_Smails-BR,I am sorry to hear about your disappointing dining experience at Ninety Acres. It is imperative that we provide exceptional service to all our guests; I am sorry we fell short on this occasion. I would like to take this opportunity to win you back as our guest. We just dined at the Pluckemin Inn for Motherâs Day and everyone in our party is raving about the experience. The food profiles and portions were perfect, the wine selection was stellar and the service was consistent and collaborative. I havenât had a meal this excellent from start to finish in a while and I live in New York City. Thank you for making it a memorable Motherâs Day. Kudos Chef Kevin. Bravo!
